Funny how the human mind always finds ways to cheat the system, they just cannot comply with the rules, they are desperate to bend the rules in their advantage. I have moments when I design signatures for ICO campaigns where a higher rank for testing purposes would come in handy, instead of asking friends to test it for me.
But I also understood that there is a natural way of how things go in this world and of course on this forum too, so instead of trying to bend the rules, I just try to work my way up and get to a higher rank with what hints theymos gave us for earning merits or becoming a merit source.

I know I will get there one day because that's one of my goals for making my life easier while designing signatures. Another goal would be avoiding to post in shit-threads that have 300+ pages that nobody will scroll through to read, I prefer to post where I have something to say, where people rather read the thread than posting their shizzle noobcake 1 line crappy worthless sentence, or maybe I just speak my mind or there is some information that I have and find it useful for that thread.

There are quite a few that have offered and/or are willing to help with clean up but is looks like that is not what is wanted. What else can be done?

It is anarchy. This forum is what happens when there's little to no laws or the ones there are are sparingly enforced. I joined this forum a strong libertarian, but my views have waned largely to how things work (or don't work) here. A community just doesn't function well by letting everyone do whatever they want with little restrictions or regulations because the greedy and tyrannical rise to the top and shit on every else below them on the way there. If you have an account banned here then just create another from the same IP. You won't be caught. People are being caught farming literally hundreds of accounts and they have to be painstakingly manually searched for by mods and admins are not looking into them at all. I could find and ban fifty bots or copy and pasters that obviously belong to the same person, but there could be hundreds if not thousands I've missed. Copy and pasters often work in patterns and they're often too stupid or lazy to use a fresh connection for every account. An admin would be able to group them all together with a couple of clicks if so, but it's just not happening. Nothing is happening and the forum continues to circle the drain in the meantime with users finding new ways to abuse the forum all the time. People are offering bumping services to spam threads with thousands of accounts. People are farming thousands of accounts to copy and paste content and get paid from alt coin bounties who will pay anyone for anything. We might as well get rid of the rules all together because they're really not being enforced effectively which is waste of time for everyone.

This sounds more like anarchy than Laissez-faire to me.

People making shit posts is a major problem around here, and there is no doubt in my mind that repeat offenders (those that are repeatedly permabanned) play a significant role in this.  It should be trivial to have automated reports that flag suspected alts of those who are banned, and an admin should then investigate and ban if appropriate.

The offending post would be deleted, and I guess in this case nothing would happen because it's not even a post.

I am also a Filipino, but I will not tolerate these behaviors.

Its too bad because from what their name is they're from Philippines I am a Filipino too and the fact that they're abusing merits might affect the status of the Filipinos in this forum, from what I think the merits they receive is from a person they know personally and they're doing it from their alternative account so the more accounts they have the more merits they receive. I hope this can be fixed because more account might abuse merits too after knowing this event.

Because you're a moron who left positive trust for your alt accounts.  You also are abusing the merit system blatantly, which I wrote in the feedbacks I left.

You're just waiting until people forget about this thread before you start mobilizing your alts and slither off to sections where the Meta folks don't go, in order to shitpost in campaigns.  We need much less of this behavior here.

I think it really says a lot about the age and mentality of some of these people, as if Mr Creampie and Mrs Cumshot wasn't bad enough and the then the complete idiocy to tie the accounts directly together by meriting each other from those accounts  .

I think most of them are from philippines, thier names or usernames are from filipino language, like "chikinini" in english "kiss mark". And "pototoy" this one is so annoying lol! In english "dick" little dick.
