I'm not entirely sure what your goal is getting people to put 1x1px iframes on their websites...
besides, an advertising network (and most things) that uses a free domain and free hosting is a big red flag.

How are you going to filter out all of the bot traffic you are going to get for sure from traffic exchanges and pay to clicks?
0.15$ seems pretty good for unique, but i find it hard to believe if you can't afford a normal domain..
