He scammed over 20 BTC for his porn site and simply gambled it away. He is a degenerate gambler. For those on default trust please leave him a negative as he cannot be in green as he is a scammer.

He claims to be paying back the 20+ BTC but yet continues to gamble on Just-Dice and other sites and has paid back a mere 1 BTC or less or so of the debt to date. Its been over a year.

Need this fixed guys!

I had removed my positive some time back but now adding a neutral for this theft by Mrkyle. Addiction makes him a bad risk forever.

I wonder who's alt you are to have such a butthurt towards me mind you, to go on this witch hunt crying for me to be further red tagged.
He is an alt of KingOfSports. I believe he opened a similar thread a few months ago and additional negative trust was left for you, however some people were removed from the default trust network and as a result your trust rating did show as green to people as of the time the OP was created.

I am not sure why KingOfSports has such a grudge against you.

Ahh, KingOfSports is an absolute dickhead. That would explain this.

I don't expect my trust to go back to green even after KLYEMAX is paid off. All I can hope for is that my future endeavors aren't thrown away.

Interesting. As far as I knew I was red for everyone.

I wonder who's alt you are to have such a butthurt towards me mind you, to go on this witch hunt crying for me to be further red tagged.

Bluntly put, I fucked up, I know it, the community knows it and in time it will be righted. I'm not hiding nor am I planning to run.
Scammers tend to steal people's money and run off with it, I acquired funds through my KLYEMAX ICO and wrongly squandered them.

However, I've no intentions not to pay back all investors of the KLYEMAX fiasco in full, And the goal is to have it paid off by the end of this year.

I find it tiring the amount of hate I receive from people without any vested interest in KLYEMAX..
Hell, Even my 20 BTC investor although un-impressed has allowed me time to repay him, and not cried a bit in comparison to the asshat trolls here.

Not sure where you are pulling your < 1BTC payback to date number from either. From my calculations I've paid back ~2.24 BTC so far.
Considering I'm drawing dicks for a living over at TheDickTree.com and somehow being able to pay back the debts even while homeless is something.

People with the same trust lists can sometimes see different trust scores due to caching. Whenever your trust network (ie, the list of everyone whose ratings you trust) is calculated, this result is cached for a few hours, and the cache doesn't get invalidated even if people on your trust list update their trust lists. You can force your trust network to be recalculated by clicking "update" on the trust settings page.

Also, the trust score algorithm is pretty bad in general, so it often doesn't make much sense.

Went and looked, I'm on default trust, depth 2. The standard I'm guessing.
No, you're not. Why would that be a standard?
You're not on the default trust list. That is just more evidence of your badly set up trust settings.

I never change my trust setting and I saw mrklye has green light on his trust.

1:-4/+3(3)

It is very strange, this is my trust list:

~Vod
DefaultTrust
~EAL

and this is the trust score of  MRKLYE :  -5: - 4/ +3(3)

This is interesting. I changed my trust list to default trust list *before* Blazr re-added negative trust feedback and the rating I saw is same as yours(IIRC).

Yah, mine's now also -5, I think this is explained by the fact that Blazr deleted and reset his negative.  MZ posted the forumula that shows how the rating "decay" over time.

I think by "I'm on default trust" he meant "my trust list is just default trust".  "I'm on X" can mean "I have setting X", or that's what I understood him to be saying.
FWIW, I also see him as +1 (green)/-4 (yellow) +3/(3), my trust settings are:

Default Trust
~Vod
~Quickseller

(depth=2)

Looks like I have 7 "trusted feedbacks for him": 4 negatives from tomatocage, Blazr, dooglus, malevolent.  Then it looks like blazed out, bayareacoins, and dooglus left either positves (or neutrals, what's the difference?).  So I don't know why that adds up to a green +1.
That is interesting.
Mine is:
Code:
Mitchełł
DefaultTrust

I see him at minus 903. Well whatever is going one, he needs more negatives. He has 6 negatives and 2 positives on my side.

I deleted and reposted my feedback and it seemed to put him negative again when viewed using DefaultTrust depth 2. I think the negative feedback "decayed" over time.

Yeah, it does. Green trust gets 'stronger' over time too. I noticed someone I left a positive to ages ago and who only has that one feedback went from to 0: -0 / +1(1) to 1: -0 / +1(1) recently (after about a year).

It takes 10 months to go from black to green if a user has 1 positive trust feedback.

Currently, trust scores are calculated in this way:

Code:
scam_reports = total unique users who report scamming
reports = total positive ratings
btc = total BTC from positive ratings
unique_reports = total unique users who posted positive ratings
oldest = timestamp of the oldest positive trust rating
latest_scam = timestamp of the latest scam rating

scam_multiplier = 1
# recent scam = bigger negative score
if(current_time - latest_scam < 7 days)
    scam_multiplier += 1.5

# new member = bigger negative score
if(current_time - oldest < 60 days)
    scam_multiplier += 3

months = months since oldest
total = reports + btc/50    # 50 BTC = 1 report

# long-term con men
if(total > 0 && scam_reports > 4)
    scam_multiplier += (scam_reports / total) * 50

# Approximately limit the number of points each person can contribute each month
subtotal = min(2*unique_reports * months, total)
# Newer users have smaller point limits
limited_total = min(subtotal, 10*months) / 10

score = min((limited_total * months - scam_reports * scam_multiplier), 150)

It's dooglus who left him both positive and negative feedback. His account seems to be sold noticing that he received negative feedback in 2014 and positive feedback in 2013. His account has just 1 negative trusted feedback as of now.

The positive trust feedbacks left are very old and they may have more weight than negative feedbacks.

That's how I'm seeing him now as well though he did have a lot of red last time I saw him. Maybe some other people were removed from default today.

Lady, I have never once in my 3 years on this site EVER clicked on trust settings until now. I clicked and in the box it said "Default Trust" and below it said Depth of 2 (max of 4).

So no, unless every accounts' trust setting is messed up mine is not. I've never touched it, default trust has always generally been a good indicator for me.
