In this case I think its better to use the warranty. Would be incorrect on your side to sell card which is not working on the buyer's mobo.

How can i report the gpu on original state? I have the backup but 3 of 4 my motherboards doesn't detect it, i'am
in doubt to sell or use warranty  Cry

Tried with Techpowerup original bios on my 3 motherboards and still only the Asus Crosshair V formula Z detect the msi470

I don't understand why and i don't know what do

For the bios on techpowrrup so the process is load on atiflash and save for become the bios 512kb

Then you can try to flash the card using bios from techpowerup database. Open it with bios editor and check the values. If the size is 256kb open it with atiwinflash then save.

what can i do?

Load it in atiwinflash then save and check if the size is changed to 512. Better don't flash with this 256kb only.

How did you make the backup? And what is its size in kb?

Backup done with motherboard asus crosshair v formula Z and size is 512kb

You are right, it is really strange if it works in at least one motherboard.
Just to make it clear, if you put it in any other motherboard, it doesn't even start, right? You just have a black screen.

You are right, it is really strange if it works in at least one motherboard.

What depend that gpu isnt't detectable by motherboard if connected with riser and is ok if connected directly? the riser is ok i tested with other gpus
