Thank you for the email. Please note that there is a delay on withdrawals due to large volume of withdrawal queue. unfortunately you have to wait. Once the queue clears then the system will process your withdrawal automatically. So please bear with us. I will keep you posted once it is done.
They didn't give me an estimate as to how long it would take to clear the queue. Has anyone received similar messages? Has anyone had trouble receiving a cash withdrawal?
