After about 10 days, my bitcoins are back to my MtGox account, happy to have them again, like finding lost treasure.

Oh, the irony.

the latest email from Gox, they do mention they are not practicing "fractional banking" : ) and no definite date issue can be resolved :
------------------------------
Dear Valued Customer,

We apologize for the delay in reply. We merged the tickets for a better follow up. We can see that your withdrawal is yet to be processed. The transactions are being re-issued automatically. All BTC are safe ,the transaction will be processed and they are not lost or stolen. We are working to resolve the issue, but at this point we are unable to give a definite date of resolution. Please be advised that BTC on MtGox are not fractional.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused and Thank you for your patience.

Best regards,

MtGox Team

This is who we are.

This continuing delay for what is most likely a majority of users based on success rates of those who have withdrawn funds in multiple smaller amounts, can in my limited technical understanding only indicates on thing, MtGox is insolvent.  Every technical analysis I have read is extrapolated from past fiascos that hurt bitcoin values short to medium term.  So with that all being the case again now, how much fallout in value and time will the offical statements or information getting out equal.  Also what approach is the best one under the circumstances,  the track they are on of silence or an offical reveal and a plan B scenario usful to the position of the sites users.

Bitcoin and MtGox the largest frauds in recent history.

MtGox has lost credibility, or at least exchange office does not follow the price at MtGox,
because in November and December of 2013 years, the price MtGox exchange office was allowed to rise without real money. (at push-button up) (great deception)
Now as we can see, MtGox is in big trouble about withdraw money, It is so logical and clear

i did a withdrawal for over 600€ on 02.Jan.2014. Still not arrived. Support "team" answered 2 times to be patient.

Sorry to hear that. You'd better post fiat withdrawal issue to another thread like

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/mtgox-withdrawal-delays-gathering-179586

Actually this is a thread for bitcoin withdrawals.

I've been receiving a few of the withdrawals I made last week over the last few days. Still about 3/4 of my withdrawals are stuck. I'm hopeful though.

Now revised a bit

Please correct the current estimation:
BTC : 0-5 days (up to 10 days- unconfirmed)
EUR : 4-6 weeks (SEPA via Polish bank)
JPY :  8days (JNB) - 25 Calendar days (other Japanese banks)

SWIFT Wire transfer is in congestion.
USD : 4 month or more (shorter if you pay 5% extra) up to 7 months
GBP : 3 month or more (better use SEPA conversion)
CAD : 3 month or more (5% extra works as well?)

For BTC withdrawal, better to wait for a week before pushing them, which would make the congestion worse.

Although it is not a new thing, I noticed my transaction is delayed and considered as double spending without reaching to the destination. "An outpoint is already spent" from blockchain.info

I hope after a while I'll get it from difference transaction source as reported.

Both fiat and BTC withdrawals have issue,

Please correct the current estimation:
BTC : 0-3 days
EUR : 4-6 weeks (SEPA via Polish bank)
JPY :  8days (JNB) - 3 weeks (other Japanese banks)

SWIFT Wire transfer is in congestion.
USD : 4 month or more (shorter if you pay 5% extra)
GBP : 3 month or more (better use SEPA conversion)
CAD : 3 month or more (5% extra works as well?)

Perhaps price discrepancy from other exchanges indicates their financial risk. I wonder if there are any ways to short MtGox  Undecided

Your estimates for JPY withdrawal seem to match my experience right now.
I m not using JNB and it has been 12days since my first withdrawal request with no money actually transferred yet.

I withdrew 35 btc with 3x10 BTC, 1x3 BTC, 2x1 BTC tx a week ago. None of them actually shown up in the block chain.

All transactions seem to fail because of double spent outputs. Even transactions listed for other problems also contain double spent outputs, apart from the problem listed.
MtGox keeps saying it's due to a technical problem, but even in this case, they have had plenty of time to manually send transactions now.

Something could very well explain the situation: at least their hot wallet is empty, and their system keeps issuing transactions with already spent outputs, because there is actually no unspent outputs available.

It seems very fishy to me, and I think all those who have significant amounts stuck in withdrawals should put pressure on Mtgox so they at least provide a proof they still own the funds.

After nearly 36hrs., my BTC withdraw is still not showing up in the blockchain (BC).  As time passed, I was growing increasingly concerned since this was the longest a Gox withdraw has ever taken me.  Now I know exactly why.

I used the following site:

http://thegoxreport.com/

See: https://data.mtgox.com/api/0/bitcoin_tx.php

Was established by Gox many moons ago.

Just as a hint.
