ppl seriously, someone would explain me slowly, what's the point continuing trading goxBtcs at 70%+?

where is the business case?

this is an absolutely great deal for the seller of the GoxBTC:
- he reduces some risks associated with Gox
- he gets a liquidable BTC and can sell for tripple price on Stamp (if likes to).

and a super risky thing for the gox buyer:
- he exchanges he's liquidable btcs for a nonliquidable btcs
- he exchanges high-value asset for a low-value eqvivalent.

so it's an absolutely imbalanced supply-demand deal. The one's owning a real BTC could push for much lower prices! (30-40% let's say).

in fact, someone having some cash at gox could have made a really nice business, by cash-> buy-low-value-gox-btc -> exchange for hihg-value-btcs -sell at bitstamp.

Or? am i seeing something wrong?

If you ask me, the market of goxBTC/realBTC is the professional market where people are able to price things according to at least fair market information. The market inside Mt.Gox between goxBTC/goxBux is one, where:

- Nothing resembling truth is ever told to ordinary market participants.
- Both items of trade are fictional, ie. they have no real world equivalent and whether, when, and how much they have value, is fully known to Gox alone.
- Market is kept open despite that in these circumstances it should be closed - there is no legit reason for keeping it open, but doing it serves the ongoing fraud.

TL;DR: Hapless owners of goxBTC (the ones who have not even heard that Gox never pays out any fiat) are selling to get out, and will be crushed when the whip lashes to the other direction (and not even get their fiat/btc out without paying even more.

Just to let you know, I've provided bitcoinbuilder with the required documents and have promptly received my withdrawals. For anyone worried, just email Josh, he's quick to answer to his emails and seems genuinely wanting to comply with regulations which to me, seems like a positive and wise thing to do.

For direct trades I've traded with Daburone and can recommend him as well. Quick and easy.

Noone is worried about being ripped off by bitcoinbuilder but I think a lot of people will be uncomfortable sending their documentation over.

And thanks for the kind words - I can also vouch for TheOrri!

Bitcoinbuilder is full of shit.

He should just send the bitcoins back to their rightful owners for those larger trades, and give up the fees.

I'd like to thank Josh Jones of bitcoinbuilder.com for allowing my trapped GOX BTC to escape.
He did this really fast. Like a few days of programming.

And then why he ask me for my ID photo, ect for my goxed BTC i bought??

This is a disgrace!

I thought Josh had some fiat business experience and so should have known beforehand that he might have regulatory issues for providing the service for a fee. He's not a kid.

The fact is that many of us live in parts of the world where we have no such issues and can freely transfer bitcoins.

I wonder which is more valuable right now? joshBTC or goxBTC?

It seems the best way to exchange goxxed BTC for BTC is to do it directly rather than using a third party. That's what I did last week.

Give the man some slack, he did build it very fast and even has his real name and linkedIn account mentioned on the site. I have a few trusted contacts I'm willing to go first with in a exchange of coins, which is what I prefer. But for others, I'd rather use a service like the one Josh is offering.

Give him slack for taking bitcoins and not returning them as promised?

I'm sure he had good intentions, but for a presumably successful person he should have known better.

Why? Because he thought his service would only be required for smaller trades? After a certain amount he has to ask for an id. easy as that.

How the gov can know what who has, this is BTC -> BTC, not BTC -> $ so he need my ID for AML!!!

How can i know he will not use my ID to open a fake account somewhere

And you can not pay tax on BTC -> BTC but on BTC -> $!
