Just send them the documents requested and they will unblock your account.
hmph ... any reason why they closed it ?
I deposited BTC's in my MtGox account, even after i sent my documents to verification and my account verified, i could not withdraw my coins.
I send a lot of tickets to the support, two days ago they stop responding and blocked my account.
Now, i lost $2.5k.
Anybody have passed this? what do you recommend?
