we'd have to hire an international lawyer at 400$ an hour, then get on the japanese civil suit docket which is no doubt a 50 year wait for foreigners.. haha

Our best bet is just to call our banks and get the ACH's reversed.

I chose 1. It has been more then a few days. So now it's 2. How the hell do you announce a new go live date, and then with 21 minutes to go, say oops, we have lots of unfinished work so guess it will have to wait another day. At this point it doesn't matter when it happens... it's too late.

My guess is they timed this so that most customers cant call the banks and reverse their deposits which im sure there were tons of recently..

Guys there's a very real chance that this business will just shut down and declare bankruptcy and we'll never see them again. It would actually probably be the smartest move.

The core business has very little value.. 2 employees, a website full of security holes that will cost more to fix than its worth, and pretty much 0 customer base with lots of potential legal liability. If anything at this point the company has a negative value.
