Hi,

I'm going to implement a "withdraw queue" for LR, and will stop processing withdraws in realtime, because of all the problems we got with this API. This also means that you'll be able to cancel LR withdraws at a later time if something goes wrong.

During normal times, LR withdraws will still be processed in realtime, however if an error occurs or we reach the daily limit, your funds will still be scheduled for transfer. We had a lot of withdraws during the past days (I guess people fear for their funds during the DDoS) and we've hit limits I never knew existed at LR. Anyway I'm currently rewriting the LR handlers to pass through a different system that will allow more reliable withdraws and deposits.

Thanks
Mark

That's nice, I hope you get it sorted out.  But your failure to answer both of the emails I sent you (one of them now nearing 48 hours old) gives me pause about your service.  In fact, Wednesday morning was the first time I ever tried using your service, and I was met with withdrawal problems and absolutely no support.  As a pillar of the Bitcoin community who makes several hundred dollars daily, I think you not only have an obligation to make sure things work programmatically, but an equal obligation to engage in good customer service.  I shouldn't have to come to the forums and dig through a million threads with the term "mtgox" to find out what's going on.  Do us all a favor and be more attentive to your customers.

Just tried now (0130 GMT+1) and I can withdraw!  So perhaps the new day starts at midnight GMT?

Now liberty reserve login page is broken though, D'OH!
EDIT: was getting a 500 error on liberty reserve login page.  Just had to clear cookies in firefox and it started working again.

I'm also getting the same error as idev, namely "Problem Withdrawing. Please email: [email protected]".

Are other people also experiencing problems? Anyone any info on what may be the reason?  I've sent an email to the address above, just awaiting a response.

[ BTW: anyone wanting to do a straight trade for my 138 MTGUSD for LRUSD just PM me or hit me on #bitcoin-otc.  I'm on the otc web of trust http://bitcoin-otc.com/viewratingdetail.php?nick=thisisharsh ]

This message means we hit the daily API limit. I'll try to see ways to increase it, in the meantime you can just retry "tomorrow" (no, I don't know when LR changes day)

Withdrawal to LR is usually instant, though sometimes LR doesn't update your account for a little while. If it has been over an hour, contact MtGox by email.

I know a few details of this move and am not allowed to share them publicly.

However rest assured that it's nothing to do with Baron and mtgox is being moved to a more reliable host (guy actually runs an ISP) who will be doing everything with the proper paperwork i.e making mtgox legit.

mtgox announced on #bitcoin-otc: "We are moving the mtgox server to a new host. Should be back up soon"
Do you know on which IRC server?
Freenode, presumably. (Haven't checked, I first started looking at bitcoin-otc last night...)

How long ago did you do this?  I'm trying to access mtgox and I'm getting:
