We did not anticipate the loads of responses and votes after the removal of these coins. So we have decided to go ahead and upgrade the server's resources to support more coins, hoping to see more activity with each coin, rather than to regret purchasing upgrades. The short term goal would be to get every coin we support, to support us back. Not necessary with donations, which are appreciated, but more through recommendations. It would be nice to have at least 1 store per coin to support its own coin, as well as maybe accept other coins. We have added 3 new stores just within the starting of this thread of the coin removals. Might not be a completely connected event, but its like "You don't know what you've got till its gone." With the new server update we did not want to fork out more than what we need so now we will add the removed coins back to the poll/vote and allow the addition of 5 to 6 coins. Depending on the actual support and outcome of the voting and responses  that will determine the 5 or 6.

We will re-do the thread and post updated link here once the server's have gotten the upgrade, (merchant's shouldn't experience any real downtime) should be added by the end of the day and the votes can start over with the new server upgrades ready to go and accept the demand for the coins that we were apparently oblivious to the fact of its demand. lol
Shew, so glad I did not have to self-immolate.  Will put the gasoline back in my car's tank.

Something is wrong when you drop two of the top coins by one of the most active, innovative and trusted developers in cryptocurrencies.

This^

Also, PPC and XPM are both in the top 10 market cap. http://coinmarketcap.com/

Why the hell you would remove two of the most popular and innovative coins is very puzzling.
I agree, why to remove top coins. In the list are some coins, that i never heard that they exist. Btw. on on list are script coins ( except XPM, which was added later ).  Huh

If you do not re-add XPM, I will self-immolate!!!

lol mechs...

i want to say to coin devs that want their coin to be on this service, maybe its time to offer OP about .05 BTC per month to cover his startup costs until the his system sustains itself.

Honestly, I wouldn't be opposed to this if it means Spots and CPR get added so I can use their service on our main page. I like how it's setup. The only thing I would change is a way to make buttons to only accept certain coins instead of all the coins for all the buttons you make. Unless it's already there and I missed it. I would like to accept some coins for some things and other coins for other things, but that's just a minor detail, the way it is now works just fine, too

Ok guys, you are obviously missing the point. Its not like we said "Hey, XPM sucks, lets drop it to piss everyone off."
This is still a BETA, we are still TESTING. So we require more stores and merchants to accept this coin. If you mine it and hoard it, this does nothing to help the coin via Coin Payments. Its about the useability and purchasing power of the coin. So far we have:

Daily Deals - http://www.dailybit.net
Bet on LTC to GOX & Coinbase! - http://www.LitecoinToGox.com
Win a PS4! - http://www.Playstation4Raffle.com
Car parts, games, and more! - http://www.mtyimport.com
Gift Shop - http://orbitcoin.org
Prepaid Visa Cards - http://www.visa4crypto.com
Poor College Girls Store - http://www.poorcollegegirls.com/store
Order Gold & Silver - http://iGotSpots.com/other.html
Frontier Space - http://www.frontier-space.com/frontiercart/
Mining Supplies - https://coincable.com/
Prepaid Phone Cards , Pay Utility Bills & More - http://cryptopcs.com/

These stores (as well as a few private merchants) are the backbone of Coin Payments. If you do not support these and future stores, its pointless to add highly traded and active coins, if you guys are not using the coin to buy anything with. Orbitcoin accepts us directly on their website giftshop. iSpots is a coin we do not currently accept, but they support us and the other coins we accept. The other stores from what we see, do not really favor one coin over the next. If XPM is added once more, and again, it receives NO transactions as it has done along with PPC and WDC then we will have to remove it again. This is purely a business decision, servers do not grow on trees as they say. Coin Payments is our investment into multiple coins, but if the investment is not paying, the decision stands to remove it. This is only temporary... We hope to support all 9800 coins that are created everyday, no discrimination on that. The value of the coin has nothing to do with the reason of the removal. Its the actual support and use of it on OUR system, not the MARKET or entire NETWORK of the coin. This is not a popularity contest, its actual use in purchasing power.

Why the hell you would remove two of the most popular and innovative coins is very puzzling.

I am likewise puzzled why you would support coins with a $6,000 market cap (KGC) and $36,000 market cap (BQC) while discontinuing support of a coin with a $3,600,000 market cap (PPC). If you hadn't supported it already and couldn't prioritize the development time that would be understandable, but just dropping it after the implementation is complete doesn't compute. Makes my mind grasp at conspiracy theories: were you threatened to drop it? Paid to drop it? Probably not, but there is more to this than what I can see and understand.

Maybe this is insight to the types of "business" decisions they will be making in the future. I had just started to put together something with hopes of using XPM and WDC with them. I guess not anymore.
The entire decision is ridiculous.

Get rid of the ones that don't have their developers properly updating and changing things, that will solve most of your problems, what I've done with my website is only enabled the ones by how much active trading I've seen going on so all the ones like Litecoin and PPCoin etc. if the other alt. coins want the support of actual traders then they'll need to actually do something or ask for us to put them up so they can buy stuff. It's quite easy now to find out who are the crappy developers and who are the people who actually who can read and edit the code if you take the time.
