Problem with vitamins is no one really checks to make sure whats in them is in them. Its like eating from your own garden only to find out the soil was radioactive. There is a new classification for people that eat to healthy and wonder why they are getting sick. Forget the term for it......

My question is are you people really using Vitamin pills?
I never use them anymore only when I was a kid you had that kid vitamins.

But I remember when I was on my job selling Door to door I was inside a nice womans house.
And I was sick that day but still went to work so she offered me Tea with honey and a Vitamin pill.
And the next day I wasn't sick anymore so I maybe think it was because of the pill!

Any recommendations?

That is exactly what I have said. But the problem is where to find good food whe everything is poisoned with pesticides and other chemicals? And because of the way that it is grown, todays food doesn't have so much nutritive values like it had before.
You just can't find 100% healthy food because whole world is poisoned with multiple
pollutants and their gonna stay with us for a long time. Best you can is to avoid just those obvious poisons and unhealthy food. But organic food is still far better than processed with chemicals.

does inserting a multi vitamin up your rectum have the same or better effect?

Why are you asking? Do you have a sore stomach or something or maybe it's a fetish? Lips sealed
All I can say is you can ingest through your butt. If you don't want your breath to smell of vodka and still get drunk you can inject it into your butt hole. Not that pleasant but you'll achieve the effect Wink
It bypasses your liver that way, so you should have a smaller dose of alcohol. It's dangerous to drink a lot of liquor that way, and it could cause alcohol poisoning.

As with anything being shoved up ones ass you need to try to experiment to find out what works and what does not.
Multis are known to just be pissed out for the most part anyways so I suggest something that will stick in you for a long time that will benefit your well being. Smiley

I do not use multi vitamins, because I dont think they are important. I take all my vitamins through food.

This story suggests high doses could lead to cancer, although the people in the studies took them orally, not up their arses.

http://www.nytimes.com/2013/06/09/opinion/sunday/dont-take-your-vitamins.html?_r=0

In a study published in The New England Journal of Medicine in 1994, 29,000 Finnish men, all smokers, had been given daily vitamin E, beta carotene, both or a placebo. The study found that those who had taken beta carotene for five to eight years were more likely to die from lung cancer or heart disease.

Two years later the same journal published another study on vitamin supplements. In it, 18,000 people who were at an increased risk of lung cancer because of asbestos exposure or smoking received a combination of vitamin A and beta carotene, or a placebo. Investigators stopped the study when they found that the risk of death from lung cancer for those who took the vitamins was 46 percent higher.

I think multi vitamin are not necessary to your body. You can get enough vitamins and minerals through vegetables and fruit.
