Yes, I see the campaign rules are written clearly.

But I see that the Alt account published here has been marked (red) long before this campaign was implemented.

What's possible: @irfan_pak10 didn't see the (red) Alt Account sign written on their profile, long before, when accepting participants.
Of course in this case @irfan_pak10, have full control over them, if you look at the rules, it's clear they are cheating.

I'm trying to hear what @irfan_pak10 has to say, about Alt being involved in cheating in the campaign he manages.

I think you can also PM irfan_pak10 with the evidence you got and you can also post your finding in the campaign thread to get attention. Regarding the acceptance of participant who have received negative tag for various reason, then I think the manager can decide whether to accept or decline to join the campaign. If the manager find an alt account of the same owner then I'm sure the manager will still disqualify him from the campaign regardless if they currently get the stake or not.

Previously, I had informed the irfan_pak10 manager regarding several participants who registered for the signature campaign they held with several accounts that were already connected to the Red Trust via the @irfan_pak10 telegram account.

I really respect the manager irfan_pak10. he's been very good at handling the bounty campaign so far. some of the most successful projects. and the participants are also very crowded.
one of them is because the rules he gives are not so strict. some accounts with red trust can still join the signature campaign.
I understand the rules for every manager are a decision and authority of the manager. maybe the manager can accept accounts with negative trust in running campaigns. but I think accepting campaign participants who join multiple accounts is something wrong.

I previously told the manager about some of the accounts in the XIRCUS signature campaign in the first week of the campaign. in the hope that those who cheat will be immediately disqualified from the campaign.
but I see managers leave them in the campaign anyway. until the second week, they still get the stake calculation. I don't know what the manager's strategy is to deliberately let them. but as i know it is something wrong. (please let me know if i'm wrong).

Again, I like the manager irfan_pak10. I respect it, I followed some of the campaigns handled. he has a good reputation...but pity those who work honestly in the campaign.

please someone can tell the manager about this. because i told him but i didnt see the manager with his fairness.
