Look - you create a web site. Put advs on it. You open btc wallet with some BTC inside to pay some mBTC to new users (anyway, to get any pay out you must wait a looong time
so they have time to collect your uBTC ). After that you make new thread on forum that you have just open new faucet!You are gaining money from adverts, visitors are gaining almost nothing
But there are few faucets that I can tell that are "not very bad" (two of them)

Well, many faucets really require you to wait very long for your first payout. But I registered about 2 hours ago, my current balance now is
0.00000328 BTC (you start with 0.00000250) and withdrawal threshold is 0.00000860 BTC. This seems to be one of the good faucets really.

It's just a little extra income. And who knows, maybe in a year or two the "little" may become way more valuable than it is now. And even if it doesn't: getting free coins is not the worst thing on earth, I should think
