I often listen to EDM music wherever I am. Lately I am like NCS or NoCopyRightSounds music. I like artists like Tobu, Lensko, Different Heaven, Alex Skrindo etc.
For staring at a screen and remaining cool and collected, I like classical-Bach, Mozart, Beethoven.
I like EDM a lot.

I recommend you to listen to Lo Fi music. It's relaxing and will make you feel upbeat at the same time while you are working.
