I am sorry you got sold a hacked account
Though you probably knew it was hacked and ignored it *check below*

15+BTC in trades, 2 green trust of 5.5BTC
Legendary with 938 activity
I would certainly not give away this account for 0.09BTC
When plain legendary accounts without any trust at all go for a minimum of 0.2BTC

Also, he gave you my password
He sold the account with the password I have used before, that is the reason I did not know my account was infiltrated earlier
I only noticed after the password was changed aka. after you bought it and reseted the password

If an account is being sold without a signed messege, without a PGP key which is clearly stated in the account profile and a legendary green trust account with 10BTC in trades for only 0.09BTC that there's something suspicious about it?

Also check the OP

I have noticed around a week ago I couldn't log in to my account, but I dismissed it to just missing my password since I use plenty of them and often mistake them, I thought I used a wrong one, and since I was studying for exams I haven't tried logging in later on

Today, I tried all my passwords, none of them worked
Some might think I just forgot my password, but when I went to my profile,  I saw "Active today" although I haven't been on my account for more then a week
I have noticed around a week ago I couldn't log in to my account, but I dismissed it to just missing my password since I use plenty of them and often mistake them, I thought I used a wrong one, and since I was studying for exams I haven't tried logging in later on

I see he gave you my password, also my Betcoin account with the same password was cracked but I recovered access to it
I'v found the e-mail later on
9.vel (veljača, 9th February)
http://image.prntscr.com/image/173eb19244a84fabb79e19225a7153b0.png
Which means the hacker also had access to my e-mail since he got into the account
The e-mail unfortunately shared the password with my bitcointalk account
And now all my data associated with that e-mail is at risk
I have already changed password of everything important I could remember, money related items have already been enabled with 2FA
So I believe I'm safe there so far
The IP lookup claimed location to be Buchurest, Romania
Which I have never visited which esentially means nothing because of VPNs
Again, I'm sorry you got sold a hacked account, but I really can't understand how could you miss that the acc was hacked?

I am really not familiar with the account market, so I have limited ability to judge the .09 verses the market rate for a legendary account, although it looks like an account with 938 activity would have a "baseline price" of about 0.18 based on archdow101's account pricer formula.

I am willing to wait a short period of time for a signed message before I pass final judgment on either Pelk or the 'new' iluvbitcoins although I would agree that an interim negative rating would be appropriate. The low price does imply complacency though.

i bought this account from the seller
Did you get any kind of signed message from the seller to confirm ownership of the account?

There is a GPG key that is still listed in the account's profile, so you really can't say that no key was ever posted.

http://archive.is/9BsTV#selection-463.9-469.10 --> http://archive.is/aD7UC#selection-5545.0-5544.2

It's obvious iluvbitcoins didn't get any signed message. It's also obvious he knew the account was stolen because of the lack of a signed message and the very low price. Other users warned about that on the sale thread.

iluvbitcoins, you knew you were buying a stolen good. Of course you won't get a full refund. I'd recommend you to reach an agreement with OP. Until then the account will be red and therefore basically useless.

OP, can you detail exactly when you realized your account was compromised? Did you create this thread as soon as you realized it? Why didn't you notice it before?

he did not mention anything about hacking it and he told me he bought it before so i sent him 0.09 btc and he sent me acc info

this is his skype and proof it is his
http://imgur.com/a/MlD4q
http://imgur.com/a/kPyDZ

and here when he confirmed he is selling the account (notice the date)
http://imgur.com/a/lflUW

and here is the deal on skype

http://imgur.com/a/0Yww3
http://imgur.com/a/rNhvR

the weird is the op who claims his account got hacked never complained about until i bought it recently only ( only a week after i bought it he claimed his account was hacked) however the account was with the seller for long time and he messaged me from it to confirm he owns it and it took weeks for me to negotiate about the price until i bought it and there was no changing email recently message on the account when i bought it which means the account was with the seller for long time without any complaint from op so i actually doubt if this is a method to scam users by selling account then claim it was hacked to get it back
finally..i am not going to send account info unless i receive a full refund of btc i sent to the seller first

i told everything honestly with evidences and not going to argue about it anymore..either you refund me or forget about it

You need to include an email address for your password to get reset to.

I made I mistake on the day I noticed my account got hacked, so I just contacted theymos without reading through the Meta to find the sticky about hacked accounts

I was in a bit of a panic haha

This was the PM

I have noticed today that my account has been compromised!

I have noticed around a week ago I couldn't log in to my account, but I dismissed it to just missing my password since I use plenty of them, I thought I used a wrong one

Today, I tried all my passwords, none worked
Then, I went to my profile, and I saw "Active today" although I haven't been on my account for over a week!

Then I noticed this

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/how-find-job-1784723

This doesn't sound to me like something I would write

Also, my betcoin.ag account using the same password  has been penetrated also!

I have also noticed a new bitcoin address, I believe is not mine!

Here is my signed GPG address from my profile and this post

I know theymos has a lot of work to do but I didn't think it through, I just reacted

Is there a possibility theymos skipped through the PM because it wasn't in the correct template?

Should I resend a PM accordingly to the sticky or should I wait?

The phishers must be becoming even more sophisticated then. Looks like we really just have to be vigilant. Good luck on getting the account back and hopefully this won't happen again to you.

I have no idea
I believe it's from a previous exploit since I had some completely unimportant accounts hacked long time ago
Seems like the hacker found out accounts related to me and started working

Anyways I'm currently running my PC through a gazillion of security scans to see if it's something there
But since it's only a few months old PC I still believe it's from the same exploit I suffered months back
It was idiotic from me to ignore it instead of running through all my data and changing passwords

You meant he exploited something here in the forum or somewhere else? Gee, that made me uneasy right now. I probably can't help with your account since I'm not a very technical person but I hope you get it back. Any thing I can do to help? I'm not sure if a lot of people are reading this thread. They need to be warned.

Not on the forum, it's my own fault.
Just dunno how
I noticed only the accounts with the one password were broken into, others were intact
I use 2FA on websites I have funds in and not that password, so I got away fine
It's just that someone could suffer a scam because of this

Most logical solution would be I logged on a phishing site, since it's only 1 password theft
However, I have no idea where I could have gotten phished

Anyways, learn from my mistakes
Improve your security!
