The point of staking your bitcoin address is so you can prove ownership of an account by signing a message. It must be a wallet that you control or (god forbid) a blockchain wallet. Exchange wallets don't allow you to control your private keys or your bitcoins.

Sadly, there is no recourse for you but to make a new account, start over, and stake an address using a proper bitcoin wallet.
It could be recovered by the Original E-mail on the account but i don't his account is worth that much hassle (for the staff to get involved etc..)
Even if he gives his yobit account's details to someone trusted (if the address match) then it should work i guess ?

I already post in the thread shorena , to ask for her help, please check

You just need to specify which wallet it is. If the wallet is a blockchain wallet, you just need to go to the Receiving Tab of your wallet and click the drop down box besides your BTC address and click sign message.

If it's another wallet from Shorena's list, you need to just follow Shorena's steps in that thread.
but it addres from yobit

Oh. You won't be able to sign a message then as I guess yobit owns the wallet. You need to find a post where you posted your own bitcoin address (may it be blockchain, coinbase, blocktrail and so on). Try to find the same in your older posts.

Do you own this bitcoin address: 16DGWwDyKcd4jsig7ehvTkeLmVTmebduAy ?

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.12558721

Or was your bitcoin account hacked before September 30th?

If you still own the given bitcoin address, you just need to sign a message from the same. Refer: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/how-to-sign-a-message-990345
yes it is my bitcoin address , I am happy if there is a solution for the return acaunt me , but how do I refer ?please help,,,

"Refer" means click the link and follow the instructions therein to sign a message with that bitcoin address. Shorena offered to help you do that in an earlier post, though I am quite sure anyone in this thread is willing to help.

a thread that is so long , it will take 24 hours to finish it , the question I have here is can or can not I take my account back .

If you cant proof that you owned it, no. You proof that you owned it by providing a signed message. If you have any problems understanding the guide, let me know.

It is not a quick thing since "stolen" it mean's two people claim ownership.  You will have to prove as mentioned that you own I hope you did a deal or posted btc address somewhere is best. (For others reading stake a address if you have not yet).   Look at other thread's as honest it can be a lengthy process.

But once you find that post/deal you have you will need to sign a message (look it up if you have not already), that signing proves you at least owned it at that point.  But if you can not sign any BTC address chances are it's gone forever.

Meaning you open up your bitcoin client and use the bitcoin address listed in your ccount profile to sign a message. Then there can be no doubt you are indeed who you say you are, unless the attacker stole your private key as well.
