If your account was really hacked you must follow the instructions provided in the Recovering hacked accounts or accounts with lost passwords topic.
I think ban or lock would not handed over by Admins over a hack, in particular with a simple request in the Meta thread like your.

Segvec - the one who scammed for 14 BTC (as of now, it hasn't be repaid), his account was hacked today. I don't believe he is saying it got hacked over a month ago and that person who scammed HBO (or took the 14 BTC interest free loan) wasn't him.

- Note: it's possible the password was changed before this date; the admins should have record of that.
- Also big gap between when it was "hacked" and when you have posted. The security log shows you only reset your password about 3 hours and 20 minutes ago. A quick search for "segvec" on the log page shows only the reset a few hours ago, by email.
