I think you would better forget about it, obsession is going to/could harm you... (your health) 5 KUSD is a lot of money, but ultimately, it is not going to kill you.

I believe your police could find him easily (just follow the money trail), but since you haven't/won't fill a complain, it is not going to happen.

Yeah, follow the money trail of the bitcoin going into a random wallet, then being moved across the board via numerous people on LBC.
Followed by the account being deleted.

I already followed the money trail...moron.

HBO committed identity fraud with PayPal by using an identity other than his own.
Not to mention, he fraudulently obtained the HBOGo accounts that he was selling.
Furthermore, the little shit head scammed hundreds/thousands of dollars here after my ex-partner hijacked him.

He goes to the cops and he has the following:
- a trial of his own (some in small courts, some in larger circuit courts)
- explanation of why he committed identity theft
- explanation of why he sold $5k worth of bitcoin in under 24 hrs (http://www.fincen.gov/)
...the list goes on and on.

Anyhow, do what you have to do.
Regardless, you will be fucking yourself beyond oblivion with your foolish actions.

Here is the lesson of the year kids: NEVER go on a scamming spree when you are owed money on the forum you are scamming people from.

From this day forward, I will never return to bitcointalk.
HBO, in the words of Liam Neeson, "Good luck".

"ex-partner hijacked him" ?  Seg/stanozlolz you're a clown.  you stole from a kid, don't justify not paying on anything else.  you are a complete waste of space.

This guy's arrogance has me to believe he might be Garrott Gardner.

Its obvious thru his posts and such that hes still a current member here and isn't leaving. He also is one of the cockiest scammers on here.

Although I don't know if that guy could do as much successful business as done before or have the brains to do it, Mr. Gardner displayed the same "You'll never catch me, I'm an internet bully" attitude as segvec.

Mr. Gardner has done many buildup rep account scams over the past couple years. His most recent was WorldwideBTC which I caught him as. Like I said before though, Gardner didn't seem to have the brains to actually do 10k of successful txs before his scam.

Anyways heres one thread of Gardner's with pics and such. Be a good read on cocky scammers too -

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/kruniac-scam-asic-1-share-229612

Look up worldwideBTC and you'll find Gardner's most recent scam.

By the way - this probably won't help much but its a start - he's obviously located in the US due to this posting times. This had already been known probably but obviously true based on his times of posting. Personally, I'd say he's located on EST time.

Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked

IS segvec and stanzololz Albert Gonzalez? The ex Secret Service informant who ran ShadowCrew and went off with millions?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Albert_Gonzalez
  [Read the TJX Companies Part]

The only person that's said he was part of the secret service was him. The story would make complete sense if he were a part of the secret service *sarcasm*. Albert Gonzales is still in jail by the way according to the article.

the boy is 15, of course all legal issues he faces will be judged before the juvenile court (if he has to face something)
im sure even in the US that wouldnt be much of a problem for a 15 year old kid...

segvec is probaly shitting his pants right now because he cant impress the 15 year old boy he scammed to not go to the cops anymore.

this thread should definitely be archived for future lectures about internet scamming and psychology of scammers  Undecided

/edit

btw. segvec has atleast 3 accounts here: segvec, Jcw188, stanozlolz

lol, i told him to go to the cops.
i want him to get in trouble.

please go to the cops.
find your nearest branch, give them this thread, and will them in.

and i have plenty more accs...some even doing business with you.  Undecided

why do you have to lie all the time?
i never made business here except in the german section where i meet people face to face Smiley

hbo just find your balls and go to the cops.
segvec can only talk, he is what you call a keyboard gangster.

I think I was suggesting following the fiat money trail would lead to you, genius Smiley

Hence my suggestion that HBO seeks professional legal advice... Because reality could be much less scary (for him). But only a real lawyer could tell.

Based on how quickly you are responding to this thread, I think it is fairly safe to say that you are already here via another account

Yeah, maybe you are right.
Maybe you are wrong.

@quickseller, how does HBO press charges when he was money laundering? Better yet, how does he press charges when he has 3+ scams under his belt? Logical thinking is of prime importance.
He should have pressed charges long before he started scamming to recover his money. It is not necessarily true that he was laundering money via those HBOGo accounts, he could have just been a reseller

edit: I take it that you pretty much are officially not going to be repaying him, am I correct?

He was laundering funds via the HBOGo accounts and thru my Bulgarian partner.
He also committed identity fraud...

These are things that you are not aware of because you are an OUTSIDER looking in.
I was reselling HBOGo accounts..... how the fuck did I commit identity fraud?Huh Yeah he isn't gonna be repaying me and he never was, his words don't mean shit, he's a pussy ass internet gangster.

I don't understand why neither of you has not yet filed a complaint/pressed charges? (hbo against segvec or printshop against hbo)

Or am I just too naive about where the money comes from?
Charges have not been filed against segvec because HBO is too naive to take the proper protections to protect himself. I had spoken to him on Skype a couple of times telling him the importance of contacting the police as soon as possible regarding this situation, however he really did not give any reason why he didn't want to do so.

Charges have not been pressed against HBO likely because he has publicly said that he is only 15 a number of times, as well as the fact that his family is in a poor financial state, likely in a ruse to get people to feel sorry for him.

A 15 yr old isn't immune from prosecution in Canada.
That is correct, however I think it is safe to say that a good number of people would hesitate before either pressing charges against or calling the police on a 15 year old
