TL;DR: You activity will be stuck at 28, at least until Mar 18.

And your activity will go up at most 14 every 2 weeks.

Not really, everybody get their activity points on the same day, no matter when their accounts were created. It's something like the 6th and 18th of each month.

Because it's not the posts that count. You get 14 activity twice a month (during the first and third week of each month)

r the last day My activity has been stuck at 28..I've seen users with less posts than me have 40-60 activity. How is this possible?
