Logs show a lost fan so only 3 things that you can suspect are why it is always fan lost.

The fan that you replace is broken the 2nd one the terminal/port is damaged and the 3rd one is the control board.

Do you have a multimeter so that you can check if the terminal from control board to the fan has resistance because if it doesn't have resistance it means there is a connection problem?
You can fix it by replacing wires and port terminal only if you are sure the new fan is known working.

If this unit is t17 you can just bypass this issue by using BraiinsOS but your unit is not yet supported.

this is the updated log, the other is when I had the PSU damaged. I already changed the fans too but the error persists. As I said before. Remarks: I already changed the PSU with a new one and already replaced the fans with new ones.

The log shows that the Fan lost or Fan speed low, the reason analysis and solution:
(1) The fan is not connected properly: the fan needs to be reconnected.
(2) The port connecting the control board to the fan is damaged: the control board needs to be repaired or replaced.
(3) The fan is damaged: the fan needs to be replaced.
If you make sure the fans are fine and connected correctly, but the miner still won't run, you should check the control board.
You can also check out ZEUS Troubleshooting.

The person who sold me the T15 sent me these two fans. maybe it's compatible. I've tried cleaning it using electrical contact cleaner but it didn't solve it.

I changed the PSU and the loop stopped, and it turns on normally.. but it continued without mining because the "Fan lost" error remained.. I changed the fans and nothing works!

Have you replaced the fan with the same model? If it's a different fan it might be a compatibility issue.

Would you mind to check the control board fan terminals try to clean them with lacquer flo thinner or any board cleaner and then resolder them? Let's see if it solves your issue.

still with the same error.. it seems that it does not mine without the PSU fans.. in the hashboards it appears "暂无数据!"

You don't have any other choice but to replace the fan because when you disconnect the other fans it runs normally but the logs show the fan is lost so it's not mining.

If you have a fan and extra PSU you can easily troubleshoot this issue without them for troubleshooting you are thinking it can fix in other ways.

If you don't have any technical knowledge or experience to repair units I'd suggest you hire a technician near your area there is a list on zeusBTC for repair centers and maybe one center is near in your area.

You will more than likely have to get working fans before it will hash again. But, if you do decide to fix it; be sure and upgrade your firmware since your commit and build time is older than the one posted at Bitmain.

New discovery!.. I opened the PSU and removed one of the fans from it and it turned on normally too... can I say that the problem is in the PSU? Is there any kind of fix? apparently the PSU is not holding up .. when the start miner. it restarts again..

You can run it with one fan short on the PSU, supplement the cooling with an adequate external fan and put the miner low to the ground. Tip: Lay the miner sideways with the PSU side down, ensuring your heat sinks are face-up and won't allow failing solder to cause the heat sink to fall off and short out the unit. Sometimes this can also re-flow failing solder/solder balls and fix over-voltage issues.

Possible it could be PSU but without some tools like a power meter where you can see how much wattage is the miner pulling
and you can monitor the power and compare it with or without the fan.

But if it's a PSU maybe the PSU can't provide enough power which is why the miner didn't work while all fans are connected.
How about removing one of the hashboard temporarily and let see if it will run normally?  If it's run normally then try to pull the kernel logs again and post it here(and possible it's PSU issue).

I've cleaned everything, I've tested if there's any kind of short with all the pins (4) (on the board and also on the fan) both are normal. the miner turns on with only 1 fan, both the upper and lower, they turn on normally but only 1 at a time. and both ports on the card work, but one at a time...

If you don't have a solution, the way will be to buy 2 fans, there's no way.

You can use fan simulator but the problem is how can you cooldown the unit with only one fan. Mineral oil is optional but it would be more expensive than replacing it with new fan.

So, there is no other way but to replace them with working fan.

I tested on the multimeter if the black and red were touching but they are not. and if the fans are shorted why do they come on when i only connect 1?

Only the black and red? did you not test all 4 wires against each other?

Does the miner power on with just 1 fan regardless of whether it's the top or bottom fan? also what is the result of switching the fan to the other port on the control board, does it change anything, or as long as 'any' single fan is plugged in 'any' port the miner works fine?

Anyway, the kernel log you posted confirms that you have a bad fan (or two), the simplest and cheapest thing would be 2 new fans, if the problem persists -- you have a bad control board.

It's likely the fan is shorting the control board, you need to check the fan wires to make sure none of them is touching one another, could also be the plugs themselves, they could have melted inside and now are shorted, it will be near impossible and not worth the time to inspect those plugs, just get a replacement fan to make sure the issue is fan itself and not the control board.

I would swap in a new fan.

Can you try to check the fan terminal/plugs/connectors maybe there is something under the connectors or terminals it could be moist/rust/corrosion that turns the fan shorted?

I suggest try to brush it with lacquer flo thinner or isopropyl alcohol to help remove and clean them and then use a multimeter to test if they are shorted too.

Another thing that I think is that maybe one of the fan wire the positive and negative wire are swap the connection from connector to the control board terminal should be positive to positive and negative to negative.

the problem continues, the only thing that has changed is that it is now restarting every 3 seconds.. I've already measured the multimeter and the 12V + and 12V- are coming
