By the way, you'll note that one of the commenters is named "FellowTraveler". I think this may be the guy who created OpenTransactions, which is a very nice complement to bitcoin. https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Open_Transactions He points out that bitcoin is not completely anonymous as it stands, which is quite correct. I think, though, that to the common user, it requires more technical acumen and wherewithal than they possess to do the traffic analysis required to traceback a bitcoin transaction to a real person.

I think it was a good article, but I did have some issues with some of the terms, just cause the target is marketing people and probably not the most computer savvy people...

also when you talk about it being central another great point would have been that is that you could hold all the transactions making you the bank. I do like the virtual mattress part thou.

overall i give it a 5 or 6 it is descent article hopefully people read that explore it a little more nice job.

That's quite an intriguing article. I think that if it gets more publicity, it will really help spur interest in bitcoins among average citizens. Thanks for the link and I hope to read more from you in the future!
