You can wait to see if it get settled or not within 2-3 days. If not get settled you better wait for cloudbet support response. It seems it is some technical glitch rather than scamming you. Cloudbet it trusted name and they don't like to ruin their reputation for your 0.10BTC.

If you want help from the forum you posted in the wrong section. Its not even a technical problem.

If you think they scammed you and cant get a resolution via their customer support you can open a scam accusation in the section with the same name. Make sure you read the stickies in that section before doing so.

They do have the most horrid customer relation skills I have seen for a casino. This attitude does make them look bad and not garner them anymore customers in the future. Maybe they just make enough from their current customers that they don't care much for the others.

You really need to contact that site.  I am not a gambler so not to familiar with them.  But this is not really technical support for them here.  So email that site and ask what is going on.  If they are not answering ... there is not much the forum can do to retrieve the BTC.

If you don't get paid and should have then look into posting in scam section.   That would be next step if you were scammed.


My other bets are going okay but this 2 bets are pending since Dec 31, 2015. There support is really slow in answering my issue.
