Congratulations mate, you made the right decision, trust and invest in bitcoin. I have already built a house because of my earnings from bitcoin but I'm not gonna share it here as I'm a very private person, I value anonymity even my things or accomplishment. I'm happy for you, I hope to see more and more people investing in bitcoin for their future, maybe 10 years from now you can turn your house into a mansion, who knows,
Well, many are expecting that they will achieve the same as you but investing only in Bitcoin and just wait isn't enough but still congrats on your achievement.
With the help of Bitcoin plus your job plus your initiative to invest a portion of your salary into Bitcoin lead you into buying your own home.
This just shows that working 8 hours a day or more will not make you rich or at least buy the things you want. Rich people didn't rely on their job or in one income source only but they had invested into something whether it is an asset like Gold or stocks or invested in knowledge that made them a successful businessmen. For those who want to achieve the same as him, invest more into Bitcoin
. Make more risk so that you can get more reward.

can you give us small idea how much this cost and how much Bitcoin you put into it? sorry but this sounds interested because the amount of Crypto vested in that property will be very helpful for others to look unto it and to be inspired of that achievement .
Same here in mine i also wanted to pursue that amount if given a chance.
though i already have some funds reserve for my future house and i wanted this to be luxurious and worth my investments.

if you read OP then you'll see that investing is what he does meaning that is Buying and selling though there are small or large waiting time for that .

No, scientists, even with fancy PhD degrees get paid really poorly unless they work for industry research and development. Academics does not have a lot of funds and most scientists are expected to be paid peanuts because its very hard to get job and scientists care more about the science than the money. This are both facts that are abused and exploited by the people who hire them.
That is a big achievement from you that I am sure will inspire many people here to achieve what they want. You should share your big achievement on your social media and tell your friends and people around you that you have finally succeeded in reaching what you want. I had the same feeling one year ago because I had bought a plot where I used more than 50% of the plots price from my bitcoin savings.
I did not feel bad because I spent my bitcoins because I am still here and still accumulating but the fact that bitcoin made it possible for me to buy the land so early was really an achievement for me.
If not for bitcoin it would have taken few more years for me to get that land. You must be really happy with that house.
Also, the house will always remind you of how you use your bitcoin savings to get the house. So it will always be a happy memory.

Laboratory scientists are getting high salaries in the western world only.
I live in a country,where lab scientists get average salaries and a truck driver gets a higher salary,compared to a scientist(which is ridiculous).

Thanks for sharing your story and I want to congratulate you on your home! That’s really excitingly, I’m happy for you! I think your story here paints an important lesson to us all. It’s one thing to own bitcoin for the hopes of it brining you “profits” ( and we can see by your home is certainly can ) but it’s another to also study it and understand the underlining technology of it. Most people just think about becoming quickly rich from Bitcoin that has been leading to losses. And the example of Patience is you are. My house is still under construction because of the sudden drop of market , i wasn't able to cash out before the dump so maybe i will wait for a while again before taking funds to continue the construction.
Hope that you'll have more from this market so there will be added on that property like car or something to add on.
