Just do what they say. Contact the support via form or mail. How much bitcoin do you have in your wallet ? I think perhaps you might lose all your bitcoin. It is very risky to use an online bitcoin wallet to store your bitcoin. Hardware bitcoin wallet and pc bitcoin wallet is more secure and reliable

This is what you get when you use web online wallets. They decide for you whatever they feel like. Coinbase, XAPO are the most famously wallet which can disable and close your account if they feel like it. They don't even take the time to tell you the explanation why they did this, especially XAPO, cause Coinbase usually closes accounts when it sees transactions from their wallet used for gambling.

I hope you are now convinced that getting back to a desktop or hardware wallet is the most wise choice when choosing a bitcoin wallet. Don't listen to the noobs here who will tell you how good web wallets are, they don't have any clue really and maybe they don't have that much bitcoin so they are not worried. People with a decent amount of coins use hardware wallets or in the worst case desktop ones.

After long time of waiting, they have finally enable my account on (10/25/2016) today. To conform that, My account is hack or disable. I have login in my account. After the login in completed they already suck my bitcoin 2 month ago.

In a conclusion I can say that, somebody really hacked my coinbase account.

You did not get any notification of this transaction? You can ask the support for details and ask them to help you out. Also, when you login to your account, you haven't enabled 2FA?

Yes someone hacked your account but any suspects? It might be just around you or Coinbase might take a look at those IP logs. But anyways I think you will not push this since it's kinda small account to consider and just take it as a lesson.

Don't ever use that account again since no sense at all now. You have 0 funds there now. And if by case the address associated with that account are being registered in some of your faucet referrals or something like that, transfer it immediately in your new wallet upon you receive email that an amount was transferred to your Coinbase.

congratulations you retreived your account though it will be safer for you if you can use desktop wallets so you don't need to rely on web wallet's service incase there is a problem on their end. if you want to continue using coinbase as your wallet just be sure your email and coinbase account's password is not the same, atleast by that the hacker won't be able to access your account easily coz coinbase will require authentication request from your email which the hacker will probably don't have access to

Good thing that your account was retrieved and I guess that is making coinbase easy to be breach so for coinbase users don't make this incident pass by.

As this is going to make their reputation to decrease because of this incident. So as early as today those people who are using coinbase.

Secure your funds with them and try to look for some other good wallet providers like blockchain.

Yes I have already abandon my account two months ago, from when I am unable to access my coinbase  account. After that I am start using multibit on my pc. But in this two month, on every few week, I am receiving email from coinbase You have just receive ........ BTC.Which makes me very sad.

Well, your funds are probably still in there. I think they just disabled your account due to inactivity or suspicion of hack attempts.

Since you've already reset your passwords, all you gotta do is let them know. (Reply to the email you got from them where they instructed you to reset your password instead of sending a new ticket/mail.This way they could take you to the next step. Sending them separate tickets/mails could lead to confusion, since they'll just think it's a new issue,so back to the end of the line. lol)

If still no response, then send another. Anyway, you just gotta be patient since they did get in touch with you before.

Patience, at least until you get your funds then of course, withdraw and use your desktop wallet from then on.
That way, you get to control your own wallet.

To answer some of your concerns about Coinbase:

1. They will block account if they detect any suspicious activity i.e. hacking attempts, login attempts from different IP that is used normally by you.
2. What about 2FA? Have you enabled it? This security option usually is very helpful as it prevents almost any kind of unauthorized access to your account.
3 .You need to prove that account is really yours. I know it is a pain but how things works.
4. Is your balance in Coinbase's wallet is really worth it? If it is some insignificant amount of cash then I would rather abandon that account.

Why coinbase take long time to reply my email.
Wait few days they may respond you and have you answered all of the questions they have asked? If so wait for them to verify your answers and make you able to login. However i personally don't like coinbase like web wallets where you don't have full access to your bitcoin i like blockchain.info and electrum atleast we don't have to wait for answers from their support and our account will not get locked for several days.

I have also realize that, coinbase makes me in trouble. So that, Now I am using another desktop wallet a few week ago.

If this is due to my account is disable. Then for support coinbase email, it is better writing a Subject : My coinbase account is disable.

Did you report them before these conversation for the hacked statement. If so they are doing correct stes to confirm your account. Just don't blindly assume they said something what you expected fro them. Read completely their response and act accordingly, You will receive access to your account and wallet.

Don't assume for a response, the problem solved and everything can't happen magically. so in future secure your password, at least here in coinbase you have chance to recover. Imagine this situation happened with your desktop wallet. So be cautions when setting password and authentication next time

Then I have for support and they reply that, "Now you can login"

can you show me where in their reply they said "Now you can login"?!!!

the reply is obvious enough. probably because you have not been using your account or possible used it with a new IP address than before, or any other similar suspicious activities they disabled your account (the first line) reply this message and answer the 3 questions and if it is really your own account it will be enabled again!
Yes you are right. I am trying to login into my account after two month.
Then this thing is happen.

Here you can see, they reply. Then I change my password as they describe. After that when I try to login to my account. Same problem occur again.

Looks like they are just trying to make sure you account is actually being used by you before they reactivate it, this is a good thing although it might be painful right now for you having to take these extra steps.

The message says to change your password and then respond to them, I would guess that once you change your password if you reply to them they can then check and confirm it was changed and then perhaps reactivate your account.

You could always use another service if you are unhappy with them, Circle for example are another similar exchange.

Did you already answered that 1, 2 and 3 question? What is their response?

Here you can see, they reply. Then I change my password as they describe. After that when I try to login to my account. Same problem occur again.

After resetting password they told you to response to them again. It's usual you will have a error prompt when you logged in since the issue isn't clear at the moment.

Any more infos? Coinbase will not give dirt to their big company name just because of that. How much bitcoins do you have there? May I know even an average?
Not so much, only 0.04 BTC. But I have share a BTC address from this account. So every few week small amount of BTC is added to my account.

need call to tech support and resolve problem..
i think that help you..
