Hi all, I am looking for some feedback. I am sick of trying to find casino reviews and having to deal with BS websites covered in advertising. I am trying to create a crypto casino / exchange review site thats different!! I do use referral links but am going to keep the site completely advertising free and hope to get a bunch of honest user reviews of some good crypto casinos.

Any input would be greatly appreciated! - www.breakthebankcrypto.com

Cheers

Tried visiting your site but not successful. The response I got was "failure to query DNS server" whatever that means.

These days its hard to see review sites that are so objective without element of profit motive in the activities of the site administrators and that is why I won't be quick to judge those who have ads on their sites all over the place.

At some point, you have to earn revenue from your site because to create content, to maintain security of the site, pay for hosting, compensate those who will give the reviews and advertisement to get traffic would all cost money and except you have excess money some where to pay for these charges, you might want to consider options. Yes, you have considered referrals link on your site but don't forget that at first, people that would come to your site are those who are already patronising their favorite gambling shop and when those links are not turning into money real quick you have to consider alternatives which is where the advert comes in. When you have the traffic, that becomes easy but that does not justify overdoing it like we see on most gambling review sites that defeats the entire purpose of the site.

Thanks for the reply audaciousbeing Smiley

Sorry for the DNS issues, I am currently upgrading the hosting so might have a few spots of downtime. As for the profits, Of course I would love to make money for the site but as I am in the IT game the hosting etc itself doesn't cost me anything. I was originally driven by the crypto currency space, I am a long time crypto geek who also likes to gamble. When I couldn't find I half decent website to find legit crypto casinos I just started messing with a website. After a few months I got a bit more serious about it. When I first posted on reddit and here at bitcoin talk I got a few great replies and that just made me realise the project is worth while.

Ive also got an idea to have monthly competitions for 10% of any affiliate earnings. For people that want to add a story or video etc. Just thought it would be a cool way to keep people involved. Not sure how it would work as in communication as I don't want to reinvent reddit or a forum.. Maybe through the discord channel. Just a place for everyone to talk shop and have fun. Just a thought though

I have already been approached by a few casinos wanting to advertise but I am going to stand strong on the no paid advertising and ranking the sites on user reviews. Hopefully that will help make my site a little different from the rest!

Fingers crossed in the next month or two I will be ready for a real launch and I can't wait for you to check it out again. I really do appreciate all the input I get from everyone

From every site that you reviews on your site I only saw FortuneJack and mbit that is good casino, and for others, there is seems to have lack of players or having some issues so I do not really like to played there. But if you have time to do the reviews more, may be you can give us some of your statistics about when you played there and give about your comment about how their service take care of your bet. This is pretty important to have this kind of reviews

Thanks BTCevo, I agree that Fortune Jack and Mbit are my favourites. I added 1xbit recently which I also like, It has a lot of games and sports betting.

Im definitely trying to add more reviews, now I pretty much have the site design done I hope I can get more reviews up soon Smiley

Good idea about statistics, Ill start tracking my gameplay and ill work out how to add that to the review.

Thanks for the feedback

Chips

I do not know the reason why you added 1xbit to your reviews since they have a lot withdrawal issues in the past. And when I searched for it, most of them get their account blocked just because they mkae multiple withdrawals. And they are asking about the KYC and in the end they keep on asking it until they blocked your account

Wow. I was not aware of that BTCevo.. Im going to do some research now, I have only processed one withdrawal so far and that didn't have any issues.

I was really impressed with their website, Ill be really disappointed if they are scamming people, I don't want sites like that on the page

Thanks for the tip though, Ill get some research done an updated the review with anything I find. I added a warning to the bitcoinbasino.us review for the same reasons after a few people reported the were a bit shady. If I have issues personally or I get reviews on the website that check out then I will be taking them off the website.

Thanks again

Where are you taking the information about price dynamics of cryptos? I saw $6912 on the main page and became kind of glad that the price is increasing again. But when I went on coinmarketcap to check if it's true, I saw the usual $6498. Why is the difference so significant? It's even more weird when eth is $218 on coinmarketcap, but $285 on your website. I agree that you should add a lot more casinos and exchanges, jsut like others said. Moreover, I heard scam accusations on bitcasino.us, so make sure that you review obly trusted casinos.
I also think you should add more text about the casinos and probably let people vote for casinos themselves as well as leave some comments.

Ive got a new crypto price widget kryptqnick. Hopefully this one is a bit more stable Smiley

Hey kryptqnick,

Sorry to give you false hope in the BTC price!! My BTC ticker is currently stuck, working with the guys who make the plugin to sort that out.

A couple of people have mentioned bitcasino.us scam rumours. Im hoping to research that over the next few days and either update the review or take them down completely.

Thanks for the feedback, I am trying to fill out the reviews a bit more. Users can review all of the casinos, they can also rate them. As soon as I get a few user reviews ill be switching the rankings on the main page so they are determined 100% by user reviews and not our site rankings. Just waiting till I get at least a few ratings from users before I switch that over.

As its a bit of a pain for people to review and rate sites Im thinking of having a competition or something, maybe 100$ worth of crypto for the best site review. Not sure if it will work but might be worth a try.

Cheers

Well, as you've noticed yourself, most review sites are "BS". Can't be helped. Every review site is an affiliate just trying to get people to sign up as a referral. They don't have much to lose: they gain free money if people sign up, while helping the site grow through marketing. That conflict of interest is pretty much unavoidable - they're forced to give good reviews, or at least, neutral ones. Very hard to be objective about bad experiences, cause end of the day you want people to sign up and play.

slaman's suggestion is a good one, but tough to follow. In the end, if you're serious about making this a full-time, long-term business, then you have to yourself play at those casinos, and share your own experiences. If possible, without the casino knowing who you are or that you're writing reviews about them. At least that's the most honest and open way about it, and there's no colluding from the casino's side to ensure you have a great experience just because you're doing the reviews (though they only need to look at your ref id to identify you).

Thanks buwaytress

Thats why im trying to create something a bit different. All the sites I have reviewed so far I have quite a few hours playing myself. And any site I put on in the future I want to put a few hours in to fully test the site out. Once I write my review, The rankings will be based on other users not my site review. That way if other users have bad experiences it will be reflected on the rankings.

I hope if I keep adding new casinos and a few helpful articles people will find it useful and start reviewing casinos they use. Thats the end goal

As for the advertising, Im going to stand by having no paid advertising. We use affiliate links, that is all. We will not rank casinos higher if they have better referral rates (this will be redundant when rankings are based on user reviews and not site ranking)

Thanks again

yet another review site ,lets have a look
the first thing that comes to mind: suggesting Coinbase as an exchange for the ones that are gambling online
maybe the worst idea possible, yes they do offer juicy affiliate, but they also can block your account and confiscate your coins if they
see you deposit money to a known online casino's addy, their TOS explicitly prohibits using their platform for gambling
casinos section doesn't feature any of the top crypto casinos: no Stake,no Primedice ,crypto-games or Bitvest etc etc.
you need more reviews and a better choice of casinos:Bitcoincasinous has a lot of scam accusations against them, for example

Thanks for the feedback

Thats a good point regarding Coinbase, I wasn't aware of them banning accounts for online gambling. Ill do some research and add that info in the review, people need to know that.

As for the range of casinos, This is just the beginning, I am trying to add as many as I can. I play live blackjack mostly so the first reviews I did were all casinos I have a lot of experience with. Ill definitely get onto the ones you mentioned and get them up as soon as possible.

Ill definitely take all that on board, thanks again for the feedback

I think you can start looking in this section of the forum yourself for the best ideas of which casinos to look at. You can just scan the most active ones their names are in their threads, look at the OP's trust feedback and then decide if these are worth reviewing. Then publish a list and people can start opting whether they should review or not.

The same exact priciple can be used to exchange, go to the forum section on Service Discussions then exchanges.

If you see red trust, too, you can still choose to list them, but to add the comments of red trust into the review.

It is interesting thing, also if you will make it fair and not only for money. If you have enough work force to make it regular it should be interesting for every player. I wish you good luck Wink

The number of reviewed casinos is very small. You should really check all the big ones, at least, and maybe also split the set based on what games they have (hi-lo, roulette, poker, slots, ...)
The number of reviewed Exchanges is again, very small. I mean No Kraken, no Poloniex, really?!

You need to add some lists where you can compare the casinos or exchanges based on different criterias (casinos: what games they offer, how fast they are, speed of withdrawal, promotions; exchanges: what coins you can trade there, fees for trade or withdraw, if you need your Id scan or not, and maybe even what coins/tokens you can deposit since I've seen cases where not all the traded coins can be actually deposited).

Also the website is very slow.
Just give him some time to add up both exchange and gambling sites into its list since hes just starting up.Talking about on op's word about other review sites that do have lots of ads then its not really a big issue yet those site owners will definitely trying out to monetize the traffic.Glad to see that his site doesnt have that thing but been wondering on how he would sustain to maintain it up.

will there be any reward for the people who do good reviews for your site ? if so I may take the time to do reviews for the sites I usually use with sportsbetting
also surprised to see you picked coinbase as #1 exchange and #2 I haven't heard of as well while Binance is #4

heard a lot of people having trouble with coinbase and it's not accessible worldwide while Binance is the best and most popular IMO

Thanks SyGambler!

I am trying to think of how to reward reviews but as we haven't launched the site yet we have nothing concrete. One idea was pooling referral crypto if we make any and maybe having legit reviews go in a monthly draw to win. Not 100% sure how we will do it but will definitely take that on board

Independent reserve is an Australian based exchange that I use a lot. I am in Australia so there is a little bias towards the Australian exchanges. Obviously this will change once users review the exchanges as the ranking will be that of the user reviews, not the site reviews. As for Coinbase, I like it but the main reason for a good ranking is just its ease of use. One of the reasons for the site was an easy resource to give to family and friends to get into Crypto. Coinbase is just super easy so thats why its up there. I have used Binance quite a bit in the past and I do like it, I haven't been trading too much over the last 6 months so maybe I'm a little out of touch.

I have another 4-5 exchange reviews almost done, so they will be going on soon. Again, I hope to start getting some user reviews added as thats the way we will get a good grasp on what is really number 1 Smiley

Thanks again for the input, really appreciate it

oh great mate , hoping you the best of luck with your site
if you need some info about sites just post here I'm sure the people here will help you with the reviews you make at least with some headlines for the best sites
will keep watching your list

Great idea, thanks mate, I’ll do that! Might try and get the top 5 exchanges and casinos  from the bitcoin talk community and get them added and reviewd
