You're right when it comes to fundamental analysis... i.e "trading the "news" but that should not be the only basis to dive into market, but as for me, I think Fundamental & technical analysis with other tools combined together will make more sense because the market is full of surprises and you cannot "predict" the market, you can only "react" base on my on my little experience in the crypto market.There are sometimes, a certain news do not have much influence on the market.This is why it will make more sense to have the news and technical analysis correlate.

This is very much a new and some worth unhealthy trend in cryptos. Its not always been like this until Elon Musk came along. Being world richest man, being an influential fellow, a great investor and the way the crypto world reverence him to have been an advocate for crypto is what made this happen. I may not agree with the example you described because in my opinion the more demand for bitcoin on the market, the selling price definitely increase automatically without the need for news. The news about buying bitcoin in bulk will only influence other trader to buy and will also increase the demand so that the selling price will continue to increase and it is not uncommon for the price to be pumped.
