You mean if I post a pic of my son setting up his brand new wallet you all will send btc to the wallet?

How many forums are on the innernet again?  Grin

Ways To Earn BTC

1. Mining
2. Trading/speculation
3. Cute pics and a wallet address

lol sorry, had to be done.

He had the benefit of being first, perhaps you'd have luck doing that on the Dogecoin subreddit? Wink

As a fellow beekeeper I'd say the bees are more dangerous than the bitcoins.
You are a good parent.  It shows in your child's interest in engaging with you on these things.

oh dude... it's not the best thing to teach a little girl!

I know what you mean. I didn't push it on her. She's genuinely interested in everything I tinker with. Arduino, beekeeping, photoshop, etc.

oh dude... it's not the best thing to teach a little girl!

Everything is worth learning if taught in a non-dogmatic way.
And learning, when still a child, about the value of money and how to manage it surely has a positive impact on one's indepence as an adult.

And she can teach her class.  Early knowledge grows and spreads.

It's good idea, but now hope that she won't find and be interested in fact that also silkroad uses bitcoin as their currency.

what a dumb remark, maybe she finds out that drugs are bought with cash too?  Roll Eyes

Donation sent, the piggybank analogy is worth it :-)

Will Bitcoin Rise Again to $60,000?

My second grader daughter Phaedra is learning about money at school and she got interested in that small black box that on daddy's table when I told her that it prints out wallets that can hold a new form of money: Bitcoin.

See here how she interpreted what Bitcoin is: http://bitcoinowl.com/bitcoin-explained-7-year-old

I tried telling my 6 year old about Bitcoins... but the moment he realized "mining" had nothing to do with Minecraft, I think I lost his interest  Smiley

Just sent a small tip.

Hehe, frikking minecraft.

Aww!!

Well now since she knows how to receive Bitcoins because of all the nice ppl above who sent those mBTC s, let's teach her how to send them also because that's really the important part.

And this is for practice only, so let's see if she can send some mBTC to this address :
