That contrasts with what I remember from 2016: a good period of accumulation without a lot of big dumps and bitcoin prices generally rose slowly until the big breakout in 2017. You sold your bitcoins early when there was a small dump? However, it might be normal for individuals new to bitcoin. The good news is that you returned in 2018 and purchased them at a discount. That time period is reminiscing to me. When compared to prices few years ago, the current dump for bitcoin is higher that its highest prices before.

One thing about Bitcoin investment is that you most understand the systematic ways of investing with Bitcoin before you can excel or become propagate for the investment, you have to learn and understand the risks of Bitcoin before you can purchase Bitcoin for short term or neither long term investment, so most of the people get lost on the process of investing in Bitcoin have not understand the usage or the functions of chart in Bitcoin, and some don't use chart to know the actual period an investor have to invest in Bitcoin. So that's another concept that leads to a lost making in Bitcoin investment.
You're absolutely right, learning must take place before opening trading positions in the market. Learning never stops, it's a continual process until one can fully beat his or her chest that the money and years invested on bitcoin wasn't a waste rather a fruitful year of hardwork. Bulking bitcoins without proper entries will lead to heavy losses from the market and a trader can end up not doing anything to make another step to invest more after he or she have made severe loses.

You never give up in life because you always have another chance. Now that you have the possibility to buy Bitcoin and hold it—you don't even need to have trading experience—I wish you luck.

All investor have good and bad experienced with bitcoin actually the people coming when Bitcoin have been on higher price they have bad experience with loss investment assets, but the people have know early when bitcoin still lower price and have faith how bitcoin potential at the future they earned much profit right now.

I will not give up no matter anything, we keep pushing. I must achieved good and better experience with bitcoin, nice having me here too.

It's not about giving up or pushing the most important thing is you are comfortable with your investment, you can hold your investment for many years as long as you are comfortable with your investment, and it does not come from a loan, from your savings, or from emergency funds.
I have a friend who invested in Bitcoin coming from a loan but since the loan is maturing he has no choice but to trade it all and pay the interest, he did not gain from holding because the market is in bear, two months after he sold all his Bitcoin coming from the loan the bull started, so invest only on money that you can afford to lose and never from a loan.

There is no denying that everyone has one or two funny experiences with Bitcoin before they eventually decided to take a big leap into investing. Some of us left it for 2- 3 years after hearing about it. Some of us had to try altcoins first because they were cheaper and we learned that we could easily make huge profits off of them. Yes, we got burned and decided to return to Bitcoin like a prodigal child. Whatever the case may have been, the point we started to get serious with Bitcoin was the point when we found our why for wanting to invest in Bitcoin. We knew we needed a strategy to get in and stay consistent in our investing so we choose the DCA strategy.

Take this as a word of encouragement OP, just stay consistent and you won't regret it. Focus on Bitcoin and do not get distracted by the FUD, and Market crashes. Keep doing your own research and ask questions whenever you get confused. Good luck.

Thank you for sharing your personal experience with Bitcoin. It's true that investing in cryptocurrency can be a rollercoaster ride, with ups and downs, but it's great to see your determination to keep learning and trying. It's important to approach cryptocurrency investing with caution and a willingness to learn from mistakes.

Bitcoin, like any other investment, carries risk, but it can also present opportunities for growth and financial independence. It's important to do thorough research and seek advice from experts before investing any money.

It's inspiring to see how Bitcoin has helped you achieve your goals, such as paying tuition fees. As the cryptocurrency industry continues to evolve, it's important to stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends.

Best of luck on your journey with Bitcoin and may you continue to have positive experiences with it.

Experience is always the best teacher, weather good or bad, sorry for the loses you made and congrats via the profits you later made, I will say this again no one should just invest in Bitcoin with one single motives of always making profits because it's can't be done that way, expect loses so as you will expect profits, and I will still also advice before you invest in Bitcoin, try to learn and understanding the basics of it(Bitcoin) trading, and also don't invest what you can't afford to lose, this is my thoughts though...

Based on your post, I feel enthusiasm and a desire to learn more about the world of cryptocurrencies. And this is a great wish! But be careful, you need to be patient here, because a lot of newcomers have failed trying to earn as quickly as possible. Learn information, communicate on the forum and you will become very experienced, your decisions will be based on complex factors that you do not yet possess. Good luck!

Any newbie in cryptocurrency investment has to have a solid understanding of bitcoin investment. The error that newcomers to cryptocurrency make is to dive in headfirst without adequate knowledge of how to invest in what they can afford to lose.

Exactly, basic knowledge and understanding is indeed the main key for beginners.
But it is undeniable that some beginners must have mostly had bad experiences before getting to know crypto.
Not only beginners but people who are now successful in the crypto world must have had or even still had bad experiences and made mistakes.
But that's a normal thing and I think sometimes we have to be faced with mistakes so we can introspect and learn better.
Knowledge is one of the important things that we must have together with a strong mentality and hard work if we want to survive in this crypto world and even in the real everyday world.

Bitcoin not all the time gives a good profit to everyone that's the reason why some of the people fail to invest your assets and also don't get being dependent because of the bitcoin still end of the day is having a knowledge, work, experience or maybe get a business so you have a cash flows with your hand in that way you can make investments with different assets. Seems still the luck are with you because based on your statement, you still managed to hit the jackpot.

Hello guys, I have had quite good and bad experience trying to learn bitcoin, in 2012 someone came with blablabla stories of bitcoin, guy's is not funny! I turn deef ears to it but after a while I keep hearing crypto currency, so in 2016 that's about 5 years interval I decided to give it a try by putting all money I have work so hard to go back to school because they said the more volume of your money the more good trading experience but unfortunately it wasn't juices in my favour and I lost almost everything in attempt trying to recovered.
Volume of money to have got some relationship with trading experience? It's my first time hearing of any of such pattern
Would you mind telling how this works or what you heard exactly of volume and trading experience.

For me, as much as I know, the volume of coins you've got have got nothing to do with your trading experience. You can have zero knowledge of trading but enough funds to buy and hodl some coins and so you do that. Having so much coins but, you've got no trading experience.

The best your coin volume could do for you is, having more coins could mean more profit because, you've got more capital to put out there.

Yeah, just as you've had yours, people have had several worst experiences that woulve even ended them in losing Thier homes, cars, wealth & affluence; including their businesses and everything...and some actually did.
It's not about the experience now yunno, Cus it's imperative that we make proper enquires on whatever we're going into; that's the same thing someone did... He already plunged in a huge cash Capital before realizing that it was just some scammy projects, but since it was under the regular cryptocurrencies, he then had to vow never to invest anymore on crypto - including BITCOIN. I simply had to enlighten him

A story similar to this situation mad me create a thread on this issue of not deeply informing newbies about the pros and cons of bitcoin but only emphasizing endless echoes on the pros which at the end of the day some may think bitcoin is a fraud all because they were not adequately informed https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.61686297

In this case OP had a good recovery opportunity due to the bull of 2018 and this am sure was what resuscitated his energy towards bitcoin but what about those others that never had a recovery after a huge loss out of what they were told but wasn't the outcome, I wonder what story they may be telling out there about bitcoin.

Failure on the first try has taught you many lessons. If I may guess, you're the type of person who doesn't give up easily. Returning after failure is the start of your luck, it's impossible for you to dare to try a second time if you haven't learned more about how to invest in Bitcoin.
The results you get will give you a new zest for your life. Of course, it will be such a beautiful experience after catching a big fish that you will be able to enter university.

bitter experience in the end must be sweet, as well as investing in crypto or bitcoin.
so don't give up halfway, apply the lessons you've experienced for now and in the future.
because indeed in doing business not a few who experience failure at first.
but that failure is a valuable lesson for the future.

Not everyone has the ability not to give up like that. There are many who were once well into cryptocurrency but have now moved away from cryptocurrency altogether. One of the reasons for this is the market situation. But those who have remained patiently in the market from bad times to good times have benefited a lot from this platform. Because they have seen the ups and downs of the market with their own eyes and have a confidence or idea of when and how to invest. So I think patience definitely pays off.

Investment, in order to take a profit, needs several ways and strategies to minimize as many risks as possible, not done at any time the passion arises or based on random desires without planning. I see you did the same thing in 2018 (although with a percentage of less capital) and I think you don't learn from the 1st mistake. Even though you don't have the same fate as before, making mistakes several times since the beginning can make people reluctant to return to space and start talking things that aren't understood to others about Bitcoin.

But in 2018 I say to myself I must not give up on this bitcoin, I guess every business or career has failed before the good phase, so I try again with my little savings but this time around I caught big fish before the deep finally takes place, I jakpa, lol, that's run away but by the grace of God that good experience has given my admission into university, I paid my tuition fees through bit[Suspicious link removed]d experience.

I will not give up no matter anything, we keep pushing. I must achieved good and better experience with bitcoin, nice having me here too.

The fact is that often having failed, we do not make the following attempts to figure it out.
Cryptocurrencies and Bitcoin look very un-friendly for newbies. If you don't know about them, then you get the impression that you need to be a programmer or a marketer to figure it out. But in fact, all use boils down to the fact that there is a wallet with 2 buttons - Receive and Send. The rest is already nuances: blockchains, airdrops...
Don't stop trying to figure it out, because we all once knew nothing about cryptocurrencies. And we are here with such ranks only because we did not give up.
