I also already bought something with the bitcoin and I must say its working pretty well and I had no problems with the transactions on steam itself.
I rarely buy games from steam directly now, I usually just buy an early access game that looks promising
When it comes to buying AAA games nothing beats third party sites like G2A and kinguin, their prices can be really cheap when compared to steam
Though I use it for reloading my steam wallet, at least I don't need to pay overpriced wallet through third party
and now I just gonna wait for steam controller to be available on my country and its an instant buy with bitcoin for me

i usually buy games from kinguin aswell, but sometimes when games on sale on steam they're cheaper than kinguin so i buy tgem from steam, and i hate to pay with my prepaid card cuz evey time i charge it they take 3$ and 0.25$ fee on each buy...rip off, but BTC 0 fees

I was kinda hyped when I heard that Steam is accepting bitcoins because I have no other way of adding funds to my Steam wallet because I don't have a Paypal with me (and I'm too lazy go to out and buy steam cards). So far, I haven't had any issue just like you.

I also did not had any problems and it was pretty easy to pay with the bitcoin for some steam games.
I think everyone could use it to pay with it because it just so easy and accessible .

Yes, that is true but this one has more good than bad, steam users now don't have to rely on third parties to buy games, which means there is 0 chance of getting scammed and as mentioned by the OP the ease of use as compared to other payment instruments is a huge plus. And like you mentioned, if someone still wants to sell games, they're going to have to do it at a discount.maybe they'll have a discounted items and i'll looking for it,every single thing have both good and bad side

Not always the network bounce back Transaction with 0 fees. It's a rare case however they should wait for 1 confirmation . I guess if this happens steam will seize the account and the purchased item will be gone.

i didnt get what you mean actually , but as soon as i sent the btc the game got in my inventory... thats what i meant to say.
