Why coconut water is horrid? Not all coconut water is the same, some are really sweet especially the yellow colored coconuts. Drink it when fresh.

Yes.... the taste turns bad after about 60 minutes exposed to the air. Should be taken fresh. Coconut water, which comes in packets also tastes bad. They add all sort of preservatives, giving it a weird taste in the end.

Coconut water is good, just have to be fresh. Like you see it plucked from the tree, cut in half in front of you fresh. Maybe being fillipino affects that xD
