When I started to learn about trading and finally make a decision to invest. I need to make a research first what is it and how to deal with it in order for me to make a profit. But, my first day of trading was very difficult and not a lucky day for me.  I am very excited to see  and earn out of my investment but instead of gaining some profit, I lost my investment and I need to wait until it reaches to the higher price.

But, the best thing that happened is that I learned from mistakes.

You are lucky  Grin. My first trading experience was not so good, I bought siacoins and ripple, but coins price only dropping.... Huh

Mistakes from the first day of trading is a natural thing, just as I did when I first did not know how to read trend, volume or market movement, I just try to buy at random and just rely on luck

Good job trading.  When you have small amounts it is nice because it is easy to get in and out. Later you will have to learn to manage risk and order sizes depending on liquidity. Good luck in your journey!

That was a good job.  Im also a newbie in bitcoin and was encouraged in trading.  Reading your post here gives more confidence that even a newbie can still earn in this.  Just a question,  how often do you monitor the prices just to be able to trade effciently?

A couple days ago I transfered enough from my bank account to buy 1 Bit coin.  While waiting for the $ to make it from the bank to the exchange I had $75.00 invested so could use it to practice with.  Keep in mind that I had no experience with bit coin trading and my past day trading did not go well.

Today I saw that SC (Siacoin) was above 10% and volume was above 10,000.  It was also very active pumping up and down.  I did four buy and sell trades, not aiming for much more than 5% profit on each one and increased my $75.00 to $91.00.  It was a great leaning experience.  Also very humbling because on the first trade I made a mistake and lucked out.

My first day tradding was very funny. i try to tradde with Xrb/Btc in cryptopia.I send coin cryptopia then sold them and when i tried to withdraw but i cant. because it was a small amount more than their withdraw fees. Then again sent coin and after selling i do complete my withdraw.

If it is your first day of trading then make sure that you will do all your best because there is nothing bad in making mistakes as long as you are doing your best because in trading, mistakes are not avoidable so as long as you are learning from those mistakes then you are in a process of being a good trader.

Mistakes are unavoidable but the important thing is you learn from it. They say that in trading you just have to buy low and sell high but the question lies as to when. When a trade doesn't go your way, especially if a newbie in trading, I would panic and will think of cutting loss because what if it will not go up and continue to go down then I would loss more so selling now would be the best option. This happen to me before and it hurts to see that after you sold it, the price goes up and it should have been a profit not a loss. I learned my lesson and now slowly learning of how to avoid those things and getting control of my emotions.
The most important thing is to keep your trades small, if you trade with all your capital and the market goes down you are stuck in your position and you are left wondering if you hold or cut your losses, but if you make smaller trades then you have more room to maneuver if your first prediction is wrong.

Keep going mate and dont just get too overconfident on next time trades because you just did simply execute orders on the exact time on which Siacoin is on lower prices and the time you came in the timing of pump was there which do give you some returns. It isnt really bad after all but im sure you did make some learnings on that trade. just keep it up and continue learning. There are still lots of things to learn up about trading.

It seems that you were lucky enough to get a profit in the very first trade. But if you had bought it in  very near to dump, then you would had ended in a loss.Thats what most newbies experience.I used to lose a lot in my first days of trading since i lacked experience and used to buy coins on just seeing their prices rapidly increasing. But when soon they are dumped,i ended up with huge loss.

I want to try trading and know the feeling of a new trader. I am not good in analysis hope to get some sort of techniques from a good trader from this forum. Hope you guys can help me how to trade effectively and get some profit.

Search on internet or read some books which explain you different type of trading strategist and as per your risk appetite you can follow those strategic. Also be little cautious and invest only what you can lose. In starting try to gain and understand how it works. This will give you knowledge and confidence for future.
We need a lot of knowledge to trade well. Sound knowledge definitely will give you edge over others who lack knowledge about crypto market and crypto trading. For this, you can use YouTube, e-books, articles etc. besides I will suggest practicing trading on demo accounts in order to check your strategies.
I couldn't agree more on that particular idea. However, the first time I trade was my brother helped me out. Actually, he was more knowledgeable on trading than me. So entrusted to him to whatever the possibilities to happen since I find him already an expert in trading. Therefore next time I will trade on my own and maybe I will be nervous not because of fear but for the excitement.

My first day of trading was good. I started with a demo and I earn high because I had confidence it wasn't my money I'm betting on but then I started the actual and I realize that trading is not easy as it looks. there are a lot to learn when you do trading. that is why I read a lot and watch videos

As far as i remember, my first day of trading is not that sweet for a newbie trader because i am too greedy for a newbie trader to go all in on a coin and just ride the unnoticeable hype that was there on that coin so i just keep relaxing and i don't study the fundamentals and just after a few days, the price of that coin just go down and it takes 70% of my capital.

I guess for the first day of trading should be spent only for watching market movements so that on next day onward they can make better trading as first day must be all the trader will be having more tension and nervous.

So, it is highly recommended to trade on demo accounts in first day if possible other wise just watching would be the right option instead of risking with our capital on first day itself.

That's good for you, I remembered when I first stepped into trading I was totally mental block , as in I was freeze in front of the platform monitor. Because it is only a number and chart graph which I don't know how to read the chart by that time.  But in a long run, I learned .how to do trade in a proper way
Getting to know the mechanics of trading is not that hard what it is really hard is to make profits with that knowledge, many seem to think it is easy but to wait for the right opportunity to buy or to sell requires to be very patient and many people, including myself, cannot do that.
