It's funny because I know people who buy so many lottery tickets every week that are -EV in my opinion and are worse than betting on sports but to each his own I guess.

after reading OP. We'we all been there, depression realy gets you after a huge hit like OP had, and if some old thread can make even 1 user to reconsider gambling, then its worth it...

Gambling isn't usually the best investment strategy.
A very sad story, and painful, but your life is not fucked over 5 BTC.

This is terrible, gambling totally fucked my life up. Now, I don't have enough money to pay for my expensea. I can't take my children out to the movies as I promised them. I only have enough to buy food until the next month when I get paid. I wish gambling was made illegal throughout the world, all it does is ruin people lives. I hope the casino operators all go to hell for what they do.

Then I signed up on this website and saw this section of forums so I opened up some dice sites. Then I played for free and saw that winning appeared to be easy. I clicked deposit, copied the address and sent all 5 of my BTC there. When it arrived in my balance, I went for 90% win chance and clicked roll. Then poof, suddenly my life turned to fucking hell. I wish the moment I wanted to click Roll, my hand was severed with a sword. I don't know what to tell my wife and children now. I truly hope God would punish the one who took my money in his pocket and punish me more for committing this sin.

Sorry for your loss but I think you are a stupid person. You got greedy and decided to gamble and when you lost you are behaving like you are a small kid. Why are you blaming casino owner when its your fault.
Obviously if he was a smart person he wouldnt gamble all his money but gambling addiction can be a tough thing, some scientists even say that it is worse than drug addiction and if you are addicted is really hard to stop without help
Easy rule: If someone says that it's easy, it's probably not easy. And when you have not enough money you shoulden't spend it for gambling.
dont ever to try gamble if you fear of to lose your money before you try to play you should be know what the consequences of gambling you can win now but not for tomorrow and maybe you defeat exceed of you win
