Or maybe it's not always like that and it's sometimes the other way around where the player himself is wrong and just blames the casino because they are not letting them complete something which goes against the terms and conditions of the casino, it's obviously not something any casino would allow and if users start blaming the casino, they can clear the issue but wouldn't do as the players say of course.

These kinds of users don't really deserve even receiving a response, but in most cases, casinos do clear the doubts for others to see so that their reputation isn't harmed due to the fake allegations.
There is no doubt there are a lot of bad losers out there, many gamblers actually believe they can beat the casinos at their own games and when they do not accomplish their goal they think they have been scammed, however as soon as you read their complains about the casino you can easily realize that they have a completely mistaken idea of what gambling is about, and as such it does not matter how much they complain and how loud they try to be as no one will listen to them.

Most times the issues that are posted on social media are those that the casino represetative failed to handle and left without any clear outcome so the players feel cheated and try to call out the casino, but most times the case are never solved even though it gets escalated  on social media and the casino always stand with the decision of their support.
That's because the casino has no desire to resolve the case and let the case be like that. The casino deliberately wants to deceive members who are experiencing the problem so that the casino can get their money and pretend that the casino did nothing wrong. This problem arises because users do not do more research about the casino so they choose the wrong casino and it has happened many times. Users must learn from this experience or from other people's experiences so they can be calm playing gambling and not get into any trouble at the casino.

gambling platforms usually have chatrooms on their sites, but many gamblers who use chatrooms for spam so the team had to develop an anti-spam chatroom and determine the duration of the chat.
The casino already have a solution for spam in chatroom, here are:
1. Rule for spam will get temporary banned or permanent banned.
2. Hiring few moderators to moderate the chatrooms, they have a power to delete user's reply and ban.
3. User can create new reply after 1-5 minutes from his previous reply.

Most of users are active in chatroom is just to earn rain, raffle or free money from the casino or generous rich gambler. If there's no reward, I doubt the chatroom would be really active because there's no point to have a long conversation on there.

Spam was the reason for me to stop chatting in gambling chatrooms, the problem really exists, the more spam to delete, the more spammers to create new solutions for overcoming all the restrictions. Now I only chat when there are not much people in the chatroom, since chatrooms with many people became something like billboards

It was so terrible.
Therefore it is very rare for popular casinos to have telegrams as a means of discussion between gamblers which will have bad consequences later.
But the big casinos that are on this forum maybe some have telegram channels for event notifications etc. related to the casino itself but gamblers can only watch without commenting.
After all, if it's only for discussion between gamblers, the casino itself has a chatroom feature that gamblers can use to discuss directly with other gamblers.
I think every gambling platform doesn't need to provide a telegram group account for discussion because they are not another concept project platform that has to provide a discussion group with the team, they just need to provide a telegram channel for information boards to the community because gambling platforms usually have chatrooms on their sites, but many gamblers who use chatrooms for spam so the team had to develop an anti-spam chatroom and determine the duration of the chat.

Online casinos that accept crypto payment are all on this forum, the biggest ones I meant, and if you are using any that's not on this forum you are toying with fire because they will probably end up scamming their users, I prefer casinos that are on here than those that only have social media accounts like Twitter or Facebook, where they are free to mute anyone trying to reveal their illicit habit.

Any crypto-accepting online casino that is not available on this forum is not safe for anyone, there is no way your voice can be heard when a casino did something bad to their customers except they have an account on Bitcoontalk forum.

It is posted on the casinos' fan page or in the individuals account? I am active on social media sites but I rarely seen a complaint there not like to this board and also on the scam accusation section. Those poor gamblers try to seek a help here and possibly warn the others about the issue.

Sometimes their issues can be resolved because the casino is also threatened about the scandal. If the casinos don't want this to happen, they better respond properly on their customers via their support. There are still scam casinos out there. We must avoid them at all cost because there is no way they can return our money no matter how hard we cry.

If a person has an issue with a gambling site, likely sometimes that the person violate one of the rules the casino included in their terms and conditions, that is the reason some issues are not solved. The person can still feel cheated and go up to tell people on social media about it to know about the casino aas scam.

But you should know that there are cases that are not solved directly through customer care, but taken to social media and later solved.

yes, I agree with you. active and responsive support is more convenient for gamblers. instead, they had to go to social media to contact a casino representative to solve our problem. it is very uncomfortable.

Handling replies or feedback on the ANN thread includes the duties and responsibilities of the casino representative on the thread and whether positive or negative feedback the representative must be able to accept it.

I like it if a casino has a telegram or discord discussion group but I think casinos in the forum rarely has this.
