It looks very strange, but I'm sure if you're worried about your safety, it shouldn't have happened. You should make sure that no one has access to your computer or connected remotely. And also make sure your secret phrase wasn't stolen. Don't store your passwords and keys in cloud storage and text files on your desktop.
To much engagement into online will sometimes leading for hackers to track our activities especially when visiting unsecured sites. It may also some reason which do sharing of computers to the others and leaving you account seen from them.
Not just quite good for us, better to used single computer rather than of visiting internet coffee or what ever where internet connections and IP's have shared for anyone inside.

Are you sure your metamask has been hacked ? Metamask doesn't use private key or keystore file to login,
so the phishing hacking case is unlikely. Where do you use metamask ? In your PC or notebook ? Is there anyone else who have access ?
sometimes peoples near us can hack our wallet if they have access on our PC or notebook.
yes it looks very strange in my opinion ... I think it's not cracked but maybe the PC that he has is a virus or maybe one of his close friends knows the wallet password so it's very easy to access the contents of wallet

Somehow your private key should be comprised, this is why the hackers gain access to your wallet. Don’t use the wallet from now on since it is not safe anymore. On top of this, you should be check your computer for potential virus or malware that causes the leak of private key.

surely before you go to a phishing site, and you enter your private key. or both of the tokens you have, have their own exchange platform and then enter. it's just a guess, because usually it's very vulnerable.

to the forum friends here, I ask your opinion about hacking that happened to my metamask wallet, two LIBER and GBT tokens were stolen from my wallet, 0xB906b2B67D5d7d736F07aa62d1BDC9bAD303bBa3

https://etherscan.io/address/0xb906b2b67d5d7d736f07aa62d1bdc9bad303bba3#tokentxns
hacker wallet; 0x2d53e3b0FF5320Ed8f387da94A8f2b1e20ce7E56
below is the transaction
https://etherscan.io/address/0x2d53e3b0ff5320ed8f387da94a8f2b1e20ce7e56#tokentxns

the tokens they stole are still stuck in the wallet, is this a system error or the person who did it, and what is the solution, thanks in advance

This is the worst part of the crypto. Hackers getting smarter every day, very worrisome!

Sorry for your loss.
I do not trust this wallet. Indeed, hackers act very professionally every day to increase their level of work.

Basicaly metamask and MEW or some extension like that is a client-side interface helping you interact with the Ethereum blockchain.
What happened to you because you have low attention for securing ur wallet.install unkwon app or etc, well just forgot about that wallet and create a new. About u think like stuck,of course its not stuck, the thief just want hold it there as long he want.
Thats true. MEW and metamask is not a centralized wallet where they will store all of users data inside their server but instead they are just a tool to interact with blockchain. This also means all the security and funds safety is on the hand of the users and they dont have any responsibility.if there is a hacking.

I don't think anything can be done to recover fund, you now only need to take protective measures so that it doesn't repeat itself anymore. You can start by bookmarking the web link to every website your coin is. Also make sure to install a very good antivirus to avoid installing trojan into your system. Trojan can monitor websites and get all your password.

Metamask or cold wallet is not safe if you do not know the information security. I believe your computer has been hacked and leaked information to hackers. I only use MyEtherWallet with json file and password, but my wallet is always safe and has never been stolen by anyone

I'm sorry but I have never heard of metamask hack before because of the complicated way the wallet was conceptualized. Are you sure your system has not been breached by hackers' viruses?

why do you keep the assets you have in a metamask wallet that has proven its security is still not trustworthy, my advice is that you better use myetherwallet which is currently the safest ethereum wallet and erc20 wallet.

It's really not a new thing, last year countless people's wallets were hacked. This is the singular reason why I don't like that wallet. Even with you having your private key intact you are still at risk

you should transfer all your asset to new wallet. a have experience from a friend of mine. the hacker of your wallet will transfer again when your wallet has a fund again. and he will do all over again.

It seems to me that these coins will not be returned anymore, so it is best to make another wallet and probably be more careful with private keys!

I think this is a mistake. But for security, I advise you to protect your computer, install an antivirus, do not store in the public domain private keys and encrypt files that store your passwords. Remember that only you can provide the necessary security for your coins.

I think it's not the system error maybe your computer has a virus, try to clean your computer use an antivirus software or maybe you've entered a fake MEW site, don't use that address make a new one.
