Yes I know that but I want to know how this is possible, and if someone has heard about something like that before. It is very much money for me, more than 1000 euro. I have contacted the blockchain support and waiting for their help.

Nobody here will help you recover the money if indeed it disappeared except the customer support of blockchain wallet. I would suggest you get Intouch with them and inquire about what happened and how you can recover your money.

Hi,
I have sold bitcoin for the first time in my life, using blockchain. After I sold, then my bitcoin disappeared, but I didn't get anything instead. I sold them to get euro. Can someone please help me understand why this happened, have I done something wrong? As you can see in the attached picture link it says canceled and from bitcoin wallet to euros wallet. I can say that it is more than 1000 euro, but the money is not in my euros wallet
