Maybe additionally to the rotator add a list? and people can pick the faucet by the list? Cause my faucets are Almost paying the MOST Possible amount.

If you want to make only a small list you can do it easily enough in pure html (maybe a top 10 or top 20 or something?). However, if you want to add a larger number of faucets to your list, you'll want to use a database.
MySQL is a popular one and it works splendidly for this purpose, any SQL database will work (minor differences really).
To get everything working together, you'll have to add some server side script, php I suspect is the most common one.
In PHP you call the db asking for the list of faucets.
In the HTML code you insert the result from the db query.
A small project like this can be done on a free host.
You'll want a domain of your own as well, I suggest getting a free domain.
You then adjust the settings so that the domain is pointing to the host where you keep your files.
I'm sorry if this is just a rough draft but anything more in-depth will become very technical very fast and require a much much longer explanation.
