PayPal has always been sweet to me. I think PayPal does what it can.
I had my account limited in the past for 3 months. It was a nightmare.

Lucky that i closed my accounts years ago, fuck them, they look like a bunch of scammers.
Look like? They are.
I`m not sure, it might be just incompetence and abusive power concentrated to monopoly corporations like usual.
Tons of people tend to abuse their power, it might not be premeditated.

I had lost a total of 8 usd for stellar and 8 usd paypal . The buyer made a chargeback and finally I talked to paypal cutomer care. Then paypal gave me 8 usd back, after that I am always cautious.
That why I would prefer using skrill. It makes me feel safer.
Most people have PP, first we need to change the world, and stories like this are helping though

I am annoyed with paypal because they do not allow withdrawls to my bank account or withdrawl by check in my country. It is a shame since a lot of freelance jobs online want to pay via Paypal.
I had my paypal account locked just from ordering a debit card once. they can be so random.

Why do people store money in their PayPal accounts?
Surely you would want it in the bank where it is (slightly) safer?
Paypal is the leading payment processor. Major companies accept paypal for their goods and the ease of use is very convenient.
Banks on the other hand store money, their main job is to keep money safe
Though, in a bank your money won't be frozen for 180 days unless there is some serious accusations against you
