Banned from where? From the forum or from the gambling sites? I don't think there is any relation with ages posting about gambling. I am not sure if I am missing anything since I am not in much active gambling section. If there are age restrictions on the gambling platform then it's the responsibility of the platforms to prevent him.

By the way, seems the thread has been unlocked. There is more worst post exist on the gambling section than OP's post. So I don't think it's something to lock the thread.

OP should lock this thread from the lower left since your problem has been solved.

I dont think this kind of discussion is against the rules, but at this point it doesnt matter, I got the advice I needed and have found a solution.

That thread isn't locked again. OP please provide an update either by updating the OP or using the reply section. Were you the person that unintentional locked the thread or was the thread unlocked after you created this thread? I need an answer, because when I was a newbie I had a clean thread in B/H and it was surprisingly locked by the mods(when it started receiving some merits). I couldn't protest, and yet I didn't know the reason it was locked till this time.
Can anyone check out and tell my why?

You said you are 14. I am pretty sure it is locked because it represents an issue for the owner of the website.

This website is USA based and no state allows 14 year old people to gamble.

So the thread was locked to protect the website. I answered you with the correct answer which is to stop and save yourself years of heartache.

You next reply was I am going to continue to gamble. So If this was my website I would lock you out. Due to your age.

Aside from the fact that, the gambling addiction kind of topic has been discussed exhaustively in the gambling boards and careful examination of the board, your most likely to find one thread that deals on that subject, I don't think there is anything wrong with the thread. Neither is there much of a difference except the fact that, OP is really young and shouldn't be gambling, coupled with the fact that, OP is not really loosing either but, gambling is already playing out some negative signs on OP. Should it be raising a concern, then it's the best time to stop on those terms.

I didn't see anything that stuck out to me about that thread, anything that would make me think the mods would need to lock it. It was about gambling, there wasn't anything spammy or inappropriate about it--so who knows?

OP, it was suggested that you try to unlock it yourself, and that's what I'd do. If you can't, then that means it was locked by a moderator. If that's the case, hopefully they'll stop by to explain.

Maybe you accidentally clicked "lock"? Try "unlock topic" (bottom left) - if a moderator locked it then you won't be able to unlock it so you'll know.
