well, very expensive it is. But, actually, you need just about $6.2 millions per day, to most every accesible media on the web. Here is just today's calculation how to go up to 19k advertisements sources: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.62741303

It's useless to spend that huge money on advertisements, Casinos will do a feasibility study first on the best platform to promote their casinos, We are talking about casinos where there are high restrictions on specific audiences and a lot of requirements to broadcast your ads and all studies point to affiliate marketing, partnerships, and specific platform to launch their marketing campaign.
I don't know if there are casinos that spend that huge money on a regular basis to advertise their platform using social media, Casinos know what they are marketing and where can they market it that is why we have so many active marketing campaigns for casinos here because it worked.

The point is which casino will waste such money on daily basis on trying to reach out to all social media users without falling into bankruptcy I the long run,  social media have become a great advertising tool for i-gaming industry no doubt about that,  but still I still,  social media have not rated as the highest when it comes to gambling awareness creation,  affiliate marketing still rated the highest in the last statistics.

So I don't think spending such an amount on social media promotion is totally out of context and should be discarded.

well, the good thing about most of these social media platforms is that they can basically promote it for free. they can use their official socmed account to spread information about their upcoming bonus program or contest. but of course it is different if they will use the social media to advertise something and post ads.
and if the marketing team knows how to reach out those online groups where they can find potential players, that would be a nice addition to their possible players on board.

Anyway, social media is probably the NOW and the nearest future of iGaming/Gambling promotion. Although most operators still uses affiliate networks and partnerships as core of their marketing strategies.
Maybe what you said above might make sense, because iGaming prefers to advertise on social media, you must know that social media is currently a routine role model for various advertisements and content, social media activity currently has a large percentage than advertising in other channels.

I consider iGaming advertising on social media to be one of the most effective places to introduce various things related to iGaming, in my opinion social media is very optimal and affordable for many people, anyone who visits social media will have a great opportunity for iGaming to download the game.

Overall, social media is one of the means to become an advertising partner for iGaming and one of the best strategies for advertising.

The potential of social media to help businesses thrive is beyond reasonable doubt. In fact, businesses that do not utilize social media are missing the big picture and lagging behind their competitors. I personally did not have direct experience handling gambling-related content on social media but generally, in terms of digital marketing, the potency of reach some businesses could get is truly enormous. Moreover, with detailed analytics, it makes calculating its effectiveness is truly manageable. Putting content in social media is also able to make it timeless due to the algorithm.

One question that arise is I did not know any further about how easy to comply with their content moderation and community guidelines or policy in regard to gambling-related advertisements, so I would be glad if someone or you were able to share the experiences managing that kind of stuff.

So you are trying to re-invent the wheels on gambling promotions? and you are trying to utilize the reach and power of social media. There are a lot of requirements and parameters when it comes to social media ads on gambling.

On Facebook alone, they have this requirement
Quote
To run ads that promote online gambling and gaming, advertisers will need to request written permission from Meta using this form and provide evidence that the gambling activities are appropriately licensed by a regulator or otherwise established as lawful in territories they want to target. Additionally, Meta doesn’t allow targeting for online gambling and gaming ads to people under the age of 18.

So they always rely on partnerships, affiliate marketing, and forum promotions because these are well-established and proven to generate targeted leads, and people on social media are more active in following their favorite pages communicating and getting updates on their friends and relatives very seldom we see gamblers using social media to get the latest in casino industry.

I am annoyed with local gambling site advertisements because they place advertisements carelessly, the last time I saw a local gambling advertisement on a short video on Instagram and they placed the advertisement where it should not be, the gambling site has put the site's logo on the video lecture and this is too much and it is already entered into the criminal realm because this is a blasphemy of religion.
And I am very uncomfortable with local gambling sites because apart from placing advertisements haphazardly, some of their local gambling sites also introduce their sites via whats App messages and I get messages from local gambling sites almost every day with a different number. I feel they keep terrorizing me to play on the sites they introduce.

I beg to disagree here. Social media is very sensitive and easily moderate gambking activities if multiple problem that related to gambling arise. Twitch is the best example here to prove that social is not the future since they ban gambling related streaming on their platform due to multiple issues on gambling related their user.

This will gonna happened too on other platform if iGaming will become a hit on social media since there will always be a case related on gambling such as addiction, scam and other form of issues which social media moderator will surely take action to protect their consumer as the law dictates.

Casino can be promoted through social media to attract more people to visit the casino. However, it will depend on how the owner wants to promote because every casino must have a promotion plan. Before promoting, casinos will study what they need to reach more visitors and the strategy. After that, the casino will calculate how much budget must be prepared so that the casino can immediately start promoting.

If the budget is not too big to promote, the casino may continue to use the methods they have done, especially if they still provide good results for the casino. However the casino might also try to use different ways to promote the casino to get more members.

How did you come out with that figure?, and have you tried advertising on these channels for all I know Casinos go for a platform that converts like this forum and they concentrate on affiliate marketing, it's more cost-effective even the top casinos in the industry pick platforms that convert and get more leads, this is where casinos maintain their marketing, they create an announcement here, maintain a representative and launch signature campaigns.

Casinos will just waste their money if they are going to experience so they prefer platforms that have to give them more leads and conversion.

I think any company that wants customers ideally would be taking advantage of social media. Everything is on there no matter what industry you are in, it is an effective medium and that's going to take people and possibly make known what you have to offer.

Good luck on your journey!

I have a good amount of exposure into social media marketing and from my experience, I can say that social media marketing is somewhat not proper. Social media advertising is usually very effective for e-commerce but gambling is a different breed. It requires loyalty to thrive for long time. Honestly, social media marketing can't build loyalty.

That's the simplest reason why gambling advertisings are most effective in specific communities and affiliate networks.

Your compilation of statistics and optimistic portrayal of this as the future is brilliant. Would you say that these tactics are improving the iGaming industry or are they merely new means of taking advantage of people's weaknesses in order to make money?

broad exposure of a brand? Amazing, but worldwide visibility for what? To encourage more compulsive actions? Profit-making is a fundamental aspect of business, and I have no issue with it. Admittedly, let's not act as though everything is sunshine and spice

Difficulties and dedicated effort? Added disclaimers, great. But most of the time, good intentions lead the way to damnation. This is only lip service unless you're taking concrete steps to actually prevent addiction

The project you have planned excites us. The world doesn't need another glitzy trap, though, let's be quite clear about that. Make it meaningful or don't bother at all.

I think that gambling advertising  on social media is ineffective and very expensive, since gambling is basically prohibited in most social media

The iGaming Revolution on Social Media

I've dived deep into this exciting revolution, where iGaming meets the dynamic world of social media. We've compiled data from platforms like Telegram, Discord, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and even TikTok to show how iGaming companies are using social media to engage you, the players. Our research reveals the strategies that are shaping the iGaming landscape today.

Personalized Engagement

One of the things I love about social media is how iGaming companies can connect directly with you. They offer personalized promotions, including exclusive bonuses and invitations to special tournaments, all thanks to the versatility of social platforms.

Global Brand Exposure

Social media allows iGaming establishments to reach a global audience. They can showcase their services and products to a diverse audience, expanding their potential customer base significantly. It's a win-win for both players and companies.

Real-Time Excitement

Social media's real-time nature is perfect for keeping you informed about live events, tournaments, and exclusive offers. It adds an extra layer of excitement to your iGaming experiences, making them more thrilling.

Challenges and Our Commitment

While social media and iGaming offer many advantages, they also come with challenges. We're committed to responsible gaming and ensuring your well-being.

  • Advocating Responsible Gaming: We believe in promoting responsible gaming by encouraging players to set limits, recognize addiction signs, and seek help when needed.
  • Safeguarding Minors: We're serious about preventing minors from accessing gambling content on social media. Age verification measures are in place to protect them.
  • Managing Addiction Risks: We understand the risks of addiction and strive to balance promotions with your well-being in mind.

Anyway, social media is probably the NOW and the nearest future of iGaming/Gambling promotion. Although most operators still uses affiliate networks and partnerships as core of their marketing strategies.
