After I try to send the tokens, I get this error "(error_36) Input address is not checksummed. What does that mean?" and does not send tokens. Has anyone encountered this problem? can anyone knows the solution.

There are few common problems with my ether wallet and you need just to be patient with you looking for frequently asked questions and then most likely you will find the answer to your issue.

You need to make sure that you filled out all of the required fields or else the transaction will not go through. Also you should check to make sure that you have enough gas to make the transaction. Sending tokens tends to take more gas then sending eth so you might want to increase the gas price. Or maybe it is juts a system error.

Maybe the GAS you use is a little, so the results are like that.
Try to increase your GAS to increase your ERC20 token transaction.

And it could also be that the network is full and maintenance.

It's probably just a small system error. Do not worry about this, it is a very good wallet for storing all funds

I sometimes see the address is not checksummed error when you first input the address field, as you go on to complete the remaining fields in the transaction such as token to send and amount, Gas for transaction then once all the fields have been completed and you Generate the transaction it disappears and has no effect on your tx.

Always good to check the receiving address in etherscan.io and verify it is real.

Sometime, I also have the same case. Then, I exit my brower and sign in Metamask again and do transaction normally. You should try to do as me

I never had any problems with this wallet and everything always came on time. Most likely it is a failure in the system, do not worry

The tokens don't get sent to whichever address you want to send to. Try verifying the address, and after that double check everything and send it. If it still doesn't work then try communicating with the help centre.

I also got problem like this, when i send tokens to my newly created wallet from exchange site, it will always show the errors in my phone, so i decided to use my loptop to make sure that the error can fix into another device and its work on my laptop. The problem is the gas limit and not the check sum error. Because in laptop it will automatically change the gas limit, while in phone is not so i cannot send token.

I can not create a new account since I have money on my balance that I want to withdraw

That was the problem. As I understand from your message. As I understand you had a mistake on your side, you misused your wallet. I assume you've already figured it out.

I'm also getting this error but my wallet manage to send tokens to the address where I sent it to, just be sure the wallet you are sending tokens is correct and you have enough funds for the gas, it's better to use desktop wallet or hardwallet to send your tokens.

Try changing the server that you are using on the website, as that could be the problem. Also you might want to check if you have enough ethereum on your wallet for the gas prices as tokens tend to take a bit more gas then ethereum does. Once both of these things are set, I am certain that you will no longer have the problem of not being able to send.

Maybe it will work after verify the address. Try to verify the address where you are sending this. Or verify this to ICO.

Undecided maybe it just server problem. I tried to check and it absolutely fine. Try to double check again hopefully now it will work. I look at this issue, because I have never experienced,  Roll Eyes hopefully there can be a solution. because so far I have not and have not experienced the most because of the gas is less.   Undecided

You should check if you have entered the correct address or not. Sometimes, the address being wrong shows such error message. There can be problem with GAS running out too. If you are too confused then I think you should contact their support system immediately.

You can try etherscan io. Put your account details there and you will be taken to a page where you can see checksummed version. Other than this solution, there can be problem with the address you are putting on their website. Sometimes, this problem happens due to entering wrong address.

I experience this issue on sending token in some exchange but as long as the address was correct nothing to worry you must proceed on it just try if it is work because when i proceed it was working on me so better to try it and have a gas high for the transaction don't mind the error just continue.

I think I normally I see such a thing in myetherwallet when I copy and paste address on the address bar, but it doen't stop me from sending the my transactions, I suggest you ignore the error and try to send and see if it will go through.

I think you should try checking etherscan.io where you will be asked the address you want to see. Put the address there and you will see page for the address with the balance in it and transactions made so far. There will be an option available where you can see checksummed version. If it doesn't help, contact their support.
