Congrats guys, you have just got yourselves a top developer who did so much for our (pretty much dead) pandacoin. Good luck for the future.

You should consider getting involved in Guldencoin. I haven't been let down since it launched.

Community Liaison,How can i help you?

Official Statement. We now have 3 developers as part of the Guldencoin team. Our community has always been strong and now we have a dev team to match it. Smiley

We have some very good news! As most of you know we’ve been searching for experienced c++ developers who can help us with the algo issues. Last week c_e_d joined us and he is currently working on the diff calc. for the interim solution. GJ is currently investigating the transfer of the addresses to the new Multi-algo codebase, which will be the longterm solution. And as of today we will be getting more help from a very experienced developer: Malcolm.

Just a bit of background, Malcolm is a experience c++ developer who had his first taste of crypto when he was hired as a 3rd party developer for Pandacoin. He has already raked in some notable achievements like first developer to increase blockchain sync by +- 5000% and developing the Pandabank hybrid wallet. Unfortunately for Pandacoin the leaders of the coin vanished and left the community high and dry, however there loss is our gain and we are blessed to have him join our team. Malcolm shares our vision and longterm outlook on virtual currencies.

Malcolm's main task will be looking into the Digibyte code base and multi-algo since this is our highest priority.

wow just wow! The developer team is looking brilliant! Will Malcolm implement the fast sync for us after the multi-algo?

Guldencoin showing us how it's done. Picked up some more coins tonight, good luck to the dev team on the work, it looks like a good plan is in place for the currency.

Hi everyone! Someone please tell me where are the hashrates?? All the pools in the OP are dead or running around 20-80 Mhs, but the network hashrate is 7,7 Ghs?Huh Something is not right!

Dev, please update the OP with the new mining pools or pool owners send it to here as Hardcoreminers and even Criptoe can not find any blocks recently!

Clevermining has been hitting us hard again. They provided all the hashes that you see. See http://nlgstats.iblogger.org/ for more info about pool contributions.

that is not good

Chain is already slowly recovering.

Development update:

Just to update those that don't look at the official forums. We will be going with a interim algo change solution before we switch to Multi-algo, this solution we plan to use on the scrypt portion of the multi-algo.

This is the top priority for the dev team.

Other people in the community are still working on other projects to make Guldencoin a great LONGterm success.
Does this still mean that the multi-algo change will take 3 months like stated in the official forums, or will it take much longer?

Target still within 3 months as we plan to also use the new algo in the scrypt part for Multi-Algo.
