to be honest it looks like you got a slap on the wrist from the KYC-authority. Name, address etc. isn't going to stop bots from ordering at your website. (if I'm wrong: please fill me in)
They seem to not like Bitcoin and giftcards are seen as a great way to give untraceable money. I wonder if the Dutch VVV-bonnen have the same issue.

I think he means that one day there will be so many merchants accepting the coin that it will be impossible to keep up with the announcements. Not a knock on NLG, but rather a compliment.
