currently is the console Access just available via daemon.
to fix your issue. and give you Access to the windows-qt again.
this doesnt fix the issue itself.
but... rename the appdata/roaming Folder.
and start + Close the wallet.
delete the new Folder and replace it with your previous.
for full Access to the console, you Need currently using the daemon itself.

safe the file, and run the Windows-QT
download the Project-xd.exe and open the cmd prompt inside the Folder where the daemon is.
use this command on the cmd :
