It's pretty much the same approach like the NXT Wallet.
For Windows: Double Click the "run.bat" file and wait until the java windows displays "NAS server 0.8.12 startet successfully" and then open your browser and enter the following adress: http://127.0.0.1:7875/
Then click on the lock symbol and enter a safe password as suggested. Or if you have already an account just enter the passphrase of that account.

I'm very excited about the release since we got almost no information about this coin. But somehow I have a good feeling about this. While the releases of other NXT forks are still pending although they announced their forks weeks and months earlier, NAS will be launched today, if there is no delay. This would be a very promising start!
