Why is the house edge counted twice?
First: Payout is 1.96 instead of 2.00
Second: Target is 0-48 and 52-100 instead of 0-50 and 50-100
Overall the house edge is 2% instead of 1 % if I calculated correctly.

It takes the last 2 digits of the block that includes the transaction.
If you are a big stake holder you forge blocks regularly, so you can place your bet only if you know that you will forge the next block and you will win. (only broadcast the block if you win)." - TwinWinNerD
or rather keep trying slight variations on the transactions inside the block until the resulting block means a win for you, and then broadcast that forged block.
Outcome would be the same, i.e. the dice game can be gamed.

It's was a theoretical possibility, just like 90% attack.
Block number is determined by transaction_byte,transaction_count,timestamp,generator account, amount, fee, previousblock etc.
Any delayed of broadcasts probable poped or forked.
I will change the dice lucky number for that takes from next 5 blocks if the NAS dice system has beed gamed.
Dice game rules:
Lucky number taks the last 2 digits of the bock that inlude ur dice transaction.
BlockNumber:1234567890
That lucky number is 90
Chance: 50%
Roll high: 52-99 to Win the games
WinNAS source code will be released at 1/Sep
