That means that somebody still have too many Nascoins. And maybe some remaining small dumpers who are not interested in NAS on Poloniex. The good sign is that nobody wants to sell under 10 at DGEX

WinNAS v0.1 will include basic nrs functions and block dice, chat room, multigateway(may be not).
Block dice is as same as Just-Dice.com, lucky number is used that new block_id of nas blockchain, its about need 0-3 mins, and the reward will be recived after 5 blocks.
Chat room used that transaction in blockchain. its about need 0-10 seconds per message.
