On two occasions, OG commented on things that had happened to RMC as if they happened to him.

Long overdue update.

It was wrong for me to accuse OGNasty of stealing thousands of coins, even if he cannot say what happened to them.  I apologize to this community for stooping down to his level.  My investigation is taking a long time, and it will probably be spring before we close the indictment against him.   This is why I have not mentioned it in a couple months, and it OG himself who keeps bringing it up. 

The facts we have now:

- OGNasty admitted to losing about 6,500 of investor bitcoins.
- OGNasty was audited in October 2019 for non-payment of income tax.
- He settled on a payment plan.  (I don't know the amount or his plea - contact could not provide that information)

The info we are looking for now is:

- Where did the 99% of the 6,500btc OG owed his investors go?  Can I find the proof that OG sent it to pirate, or is he lying like he did about his taxes?

OGNasty took very little time after Gleb announced his cancer to try and profit.

Take note of the edit time where he removed the references to his profit.  Loyce.club still has the original.

The only coins he has donated (and made it very publicly known he did) were already force donated by other people.  :/

I am suspending all activity regarding the final destinations of OGNasty's 1000+ BTC theft until the virus issue has passed.   Stress weakens the immune system.   All changes are being documented and can be readdressed when this crisis has passed.  Everyone stay free!

Wave of questions that I awoke to:

- How much money OG's parents gave him for a down payment to help him flee California.    (You didn't tell your neighbor that)
- What hospital did I put OG's partner in.   (They don't list the hospital in the charges, just the detail of breaking the nose)
- Why did my parents and I become estranged?  (See above)
- Where is my new car the community paid for?  (You kept that one hidden from me)
- Who were the victims of my insurance policies? How’s that meeting with the SEC going?   (I'm sure you know staff is reduced right now.)
- Any luck with the IRS?  (The last update I have is they removed two boxes of papers from your house in Oct)

Of course, this is all standard perverted deflection.   

Keep following *this* thread to see if OG refunds any of the thousands of bitcoins he stole from the community.

This reporter basically skipped over the OG's theft of BCH; I also skipped over his forked ponzi stealing 2,000 coins from investors.   Still waiting for those to play out and hoping the drama dies down so I don't have to continue this archiving.

I now have three reports pending:  OG_BCH_theft, OG_BTC_theft and VODvsOG_The_Beginning

But OG's latest deflection concerned me, with the casual way he used the sexual rights of children.  To him it was a pawn, a joke to throw around at a party, a way to hurt someone you hate.  He didn't believe it ten months after I PMed him.   His irritation now is politically thin and disgusting.

The biggest amount of drama in the last week was when an unwilling ponzi participant asked OG what happen to the ponzi payouts for the last couple years.

OG promptly called him a thief, claiming he stole a miner.  After an outcry, OG deleted the lie and has been denying he ever posting it.

But is Nastyfans a ponzi?   The simple answer is yes.

WHAT IS A PONZI
Most people are familiar with the original ponzi, run by a man with the same name.   He promised large profits that he paid with new deposits.

A ponzi is any scheme that promises future payouts based on new income.   When the new income stops, money cannot be spent maintaining the ponzi, and it collapses.

Everytime you purchase one of OG's illegal coins, you are forced to "donate" to nastyfans and receive a certain number of ponzi seats.  The promise is lifetime payments to a public and traceable address.

OG's coins stopped selling, despite his not charging tax.  With no new forced donations coming in, OG could not upgrade his miners to stay relevant, the lifetime payments stopped and the ponzi collapsed.

OG is still forcing these "donations" for seats that are no longer making money.

Any person that bought into this ponzi would be within their right to file a police report for fraud, considering he is still openly scamming with no consideration for anybody.  A class action suit may also work, as OG claims he is "set for life".

Ever wonder how this all started?  At one time OG wanted to sponsor BPIP with ponzi seats, was sending merits for the site, complimenting me for my work and wishing he had someone with my talents on his site. What went wrong?

It's been fairly quiet on the OG front today.  Only the same ongoing feud.  Continuing to bump his thread, OGNasty employed the following againt Vod.

1.  Making use of an extortion site, OGNasty has doxxed Vod multiple times and called him a pedophile.  Many violent people do not like pedophiles, so OGNasty has now endangered Vod's life like Vod endangered OG's.  Is he sorry he did it?

2.  OGNasty claimed that Vod described himself as a pedophile.

3.  OGNasty complains that Vod's most recent post is more libelous than all the others so far.  But he refuses to answer why.

He then ninja edited his previous post four hours later hoping this reporter wouldn't notice.

4.  After six months of investigation, OGNasty releases fake news that I am "honestly in my 50s living off the government".   Money well spent, OG...

At least he is still interested in what Vod thinks of him.

As of yesterday OGNasty's ongoing general claim was he shipped thousands of coins, and paid the sales tax, sometimes six figures worth.  When this reporter asked questions, he was attacked and called a liar. 

OGNasty just posted a claim he has not paid sales tax, because he is not a retailer, and retailers pay sales tax.

Yet a quick investigation by NN revealed he is still selling his ponzi¹ coins/seats online, not stating any tax number, charging for shipping and asking for an address to ship to.
