Sometime ago, I came across a post where someone raised an issue on how do we know that the casino isn't set to beat us at their own games, unfortunately, you can't tell. but these casinos are governed by different bodies to protect customers right in win win and loss. we still can't tell if this is true though. some thing you can check before getting to bet in some casino.
I am not sure what you mean by this. Casinos are literally set to beat us, that's called house edge, without it casinos wouldn't make any profit. This has existed since casinos have existed and they are very open about it. House edge is small but they are in it for a long run so huge wins are counted into it.

Rest of your advices are pretty good for anyone really, no matter if you are starting or old player.

Yeah, that is why I keep adding the "luck" factor all the time because somehow that plays a crucial role while playing on gambling sites. To the modesty we have known that as long as you do not play in Las Vegas you are literally beating the lowest odds when playing online. I am not saying there is a huge difference but when it's online things can get messed up with the digital world.
Tell me you guys do not have the slightest doubt on this one. I mean come on they are also businesses and they need to survive too. Users keep tricking the casinos with bots, and other ways too and that's why many casino has house edge set to very high settings.

If any casino has lowest house edge then either they are playing with you or they are the rarest gems out there.

Assess the Casino's History, Investigate how long the casino has been in operation and the level of trust it has built among its customers. Older, well-established casinos often have a better reputation for fairness and reliability.

We are expected to make a thorough research on any gambling platform before using them or make any deposits on any one we come across, though making a research to that extent is not a perfect means not to fall their victim but it can reduce the probability of having one, every gambler is also expected to know that gambling involves risk and any amount vested into it should be what we can afford to loose.

In this post, I want to shed light on what you should consider before funding a gambling site you come across.
It is also important to check if the casino is licensed and who is the licensor. There are some countries' licenses that are more reliable than others. Ensuring that the casino is licensed is important in case of litigation. Secondly, the terms of service of the casino are also an important document that should be considered. It contains all the dos and don'ts of both the gambler and the casino. It is paramount to study it and check if you are comfortable with your rights and privileges as well as your restrictions.
Quote
Protect Your Privacy, Be extremely cautious with your personal information. Never disclose sensitive data to anyone claiming to be from the casino, as this could be a ploy to steal your funds or identity. Legitimate casinos won't ask for this information upfront.
Due to regulation majority of online casinos require KYC from bettors. It is important not to expose your password or other sensitive information, but I doubt if you can hide your identity from the casino. Most of them require more personal information after a big win or during withdrawal.

What the OP mentioned is correct, and that's what you should really know first about the casinos you intend to enter to play gambling for your entertainment or to pass the time. It's also difficult because we just put money into a casino to gamble, but in the end, it turns out that the casino platform is illegal.

But what the OP is saying is to avoid addiction, and I think other gamblers here in the crypto space can't avoid that. Because often the gamblers who lead to addiction are the players who consider casino gambling as a source of income in the crypto business.

That's why there's still something to consider when entering a casino: make sure it's reputable so you don't end up having problems when you withdraw money and don't end up like others who don't take care.

withdraw your profits time to time, so you cannot stuck in a situation that your account got banned with all of your winnings (if the user wins).
The truth is you will not making money in gambling, so there's no such withdrawing profit from time to time like you're making a regular profit through gambling.

Assuming someone is win in gambling, they must be withdraw their profit to know how trusted is the casino. But the casino only allow withdraw for small amount winning, the casino's reputation is tested when someone win a huge amount that exceed from the gambler's total deposits.

Well that's the fact that actually happens friends, whoever wants a beginner or an experienced one, obviously they will be the same when in gambling there is no one who is greater and also no one is stupid, I mean everything comes back to luck and whatever method you use there that you think is accurate but still in the end there are only two answers, namely winning and losing, and what must be remembered is that defeat will always dominate, the casino system is designed to always give victory to the house, not to the gambler completely.

It is possible to make an experiment whether the casino is really reliable or even deceptive. Honestly, maybe when their withdrawals are small it can be processed but when they get a big win and they want to make a withdrawal it is very likely to be difficult, it is not uncommon for things like this to happen, casinos like making it difficult to withdraw from their members' winnings, honestly I have experienced something like this and in the end my account was suddenly blocked for some reason. So it is true, it is very important when we want to gamble we must look for a casino that is truly trusted and has a good reputation so that when we hit the jackpot we can make withdrawals smoothly.

Check the Casino's Reputation, Before you jump into any online casino, take some time to research its reputation. Find out if others have used this casino and whether they've been able to successfully withdraw their winnings. A trusted casino should have a track record of fair payouts.
This is important. Before playing to the specific casino, we need to conduct a research in order to know if it's not shady. Nowadays many online casinos are already existing, but it's not hard to check what casino is trusted. A simple research will do and of course the experience of gamblers on this forum can give you an idea on where they're usually play since that particular site is trustworthy.
I agree with the two replies above to always take the time to research the reputation of the casino we want to use for gambling. Only with that can we stay away from scam casinos and will not experience fraud because scam casinos are now difficult to track down. Scam casinos can create new casinos that are completely different and look valid even though after we research, we find that there are suspicious things about the casino that make us not use the casino to gamble. We should look for reviews from this forum to find the casino we want, but if we look for reviews from outside, we have to be very careful because many reviews are dishonest in their reviews of certain casinos.

Good tips. I agree with what you’ve said. Maybe with an emphasis on checking a casino’s reputation. When it comes to crypto entities on the internet, trust and reputation is everything. The best incentives in the world won’t mean anything if the casino offering them turns out to be operated by a scammer. Always think safety first.

Always go for casinos which have been operating from many years. Now read the reviews about them and then only choose that casino to gamble. Now there are many casinos launching on a daily basis with attractive offers to attract gamblers, these casinos attract and you join the site, now when you wants to withdraw, they will play the dirty game and block your withdrawal by quoting some terms and conditions. So yes it’s completely on your hand, how to utilise the internet to find the best and trusted casino for crypto gambling.

I agree with you Op.
mostly new people becomes victim of these scam casinos, they end up making account on casinos by seeing their huge bonuses, cashbacks, free spins, etc. after that they know they can withdraw these bonuses after fulfilling the wagering requirements of the bonuses.
It will be better for users to read all terms carefully before making an account and depositing.

The best solution is just to ignore unknown emails coming from unknown senders or better still you delete those mails as you have nothing to do with them and block the senders from further repeating such act.
yes, ignoring it would be better, but for example if you use Gmail they usually filter out dangerous links but sometimes fraudsters can escape detection, therefore always confirm with casino service support whether the email is official or not, after all there is no harm to ask before clicking on those phishing links that ultimately harm yourself.

Sometimes people are lazy to ask before doing something when it is clear that there are many cases of phishing emails from several casinos, why should they feel confident to click on that link, when to ask it doesn't take long to go to their service support or their ANN thread on this forum if They are still actively interacting, don't make something easy difficult because you feel like you're too lazy to read and don't ask questions

Play in moderation so we can prevent ourselves becoming addicted. If you know know that you can't control yourself when you're already playing then just quit. Because it can only lead to more problems if you have no discipline.

Protect Your Privacy, Be extremely cautious with your personal information. Never disclose sensitive data to anyone claiming to be from the casino, as this could be a ploy to steal your funds or identity. Legitimate casinos won't ask for this information upfront.

Of all the points you delivered, I do have problem with this one, it's good to protect your privacy if that's what you want, and the best way to do this is to avoid every online casinos that ask for KYC verification, it's your duty to find online casinos that needs no KYC for gambling and moving your funds off the their platform.

Apart from this, every other casinos need to make their customers pass KYC verification, do you even know why KYC is very important to many online casinos? I think you should do research on this, because it's not bad or a crime if casinos ask for your KYC approval.

A legitimate online casino have all the right to ask for your information before or after you sign up on their platform, because this is one of the ways to avoid turning their platform into a criminal haven where illegal funds can be moved around, money laundering is not far from online casinos as well, that's why after you registered your casinos, the regulators will pass some rules and regulation to keep your business running legally, one of these laws includes forcing your customers to drop their identity aka KYC verification.

As for protection of personal information, you can not tell because a casino can start by telling you they are kyc free just to get traffic and members to deposit but as time goes on, they change their policy telling all members to undergo kyc which was not part of the initial. You will have no option than doing it because you have funds already there with them as that is the trick they use to get at members. One thing you should note is that once kyc is demanded, your privacy is no more guaranteed because anything can happen and they tell you they suffered hack which you can do nothing about.

The OP is referring to protecting personal information against hacker that impersonates casino representatives. This scam is popular via email notifications whenever hacker has an idea that you are playing on a specific casino while the victim post personal information such as email in public.

I received this kind of scam attempt because I accidentally use my personal email on one of the bounty campaigns here in the forum. Luckily the scammer that trying to hack use a casino that I don’t have an account which is why I easily detected it as scam.

You can easily detect such mails to be a scam or coming from a scammer when you see them in your inbox. How do you know they are scam; you did not register anything that links you to them, you have neither visited nor used their website before, you do not use that email for things of that nature, they convince you to click the link they sent to you by promising you juicy offer and enticing giveaway or bonuses that are not feasible.

These are the reasons why it is advisable to always use a separate email for all your online engagements so as not to mix things up for yourself. This would ease one the stress of trying to pick from where an email is sent from so one could be able to be careful in other not to fall victim of scams.
If you are really that bothered whenever you have recieved some emails on sites or services on which you didnt even register then better not to put yourself in stress and anxiety with those things which those are just simply scams which are trying out to phish you out or whatever scammy attempt that they would really be making. It is really just that there are people who are really that naive enough on trying out to believe and click those random links without even trying to think on how risky the thing that they had done. We know that phishing, malwares and viruses could really be that downloaded into your device which it might not really be that causing for some access on your accounts in gambling platform but also it would really be compromising your personal wallets as well.

This is why if you've been bothered with this, then you would really be finding yourself to have the solution on which it would really be that ideal that you do make a new email address when you do
tend to play on a site. Exploited emails or the ones you do input might really be leaked out somewhere and its not new. This is why you would really be getting random emails and stuffs
but its better not to mind and ignore most of the time.

Random mails  mostly come from phishing sites and as we all know, these mails are mostly sent by hackers to steal peoples information upon any attempt to click the link sent to ones mailbox. If one must play on casinos or otherwise, it is good one uses different mails for the exercise so as not to complicate things for themselves because they might forget themselves and click link thinking it is from one of the sites they had registered since it is obvious that they use one email for several sites and activities. Some times, there is data breach from most of these third party organisations  which puts data and information of clients at risk because of possible hack. In that case they get emails from that data base and start sending phishing links to the emails for  possible hack attempt.

I have had this experience whereby a particular email i used fora particular website  started receiving all sorts of spams and phishing links and it became obviously clear to me  that there have been a breach of data on that website and hackers must have done that or clients data have been old out. I sometimes blame the websites for keeping silent and not informing their clients to be aware of the data leakage or breach on their end. They just keep quiet over it and do as if they know not what has happened. If not that some people are wise to create separate mails for different activities, one can not be able to detect where the breach could have taken place.

The best solution is just to ignore unknown emails coming from unknown senders or better still you delete those mails as you have nothing to do with them and block the senders from further repeating such act.

Thanks for your tips as it's really gonna be helpful for the new gamblers out there. Because the number one problem that I am seeing with the new gamblers is the choice of the casino where they are ending up having some problems.

Checking the reputation of the casino where they'll gamble should be made before they gamble. It is because the opposite is being done by them, they only ask the community and check the reputation after they've been problematic with those.

The common pattern of new gambler is check for the casino that offers cool bonus > make a deposit > do research regarding the casino once they encounter already the problem.

They only do thorough research about casino reputation once they already have problem. In an event that they choose trusted casino and still encounter problem then they will just read the ToS later to find out the reason why they experience problem.

Newbie mistake is not doing research first or reading terms first before they deposit and play on the casino. Only few newbie will find this thread before they play since they are all excited to play then later on worry about the problem that they will encounter.
Yes failure to read the TOS is the reason behind most problems encounter by may gamblers because when you don't read the terms of operations and what you can do and can't do on the casino,  it then means that you will likely run into problems along the line and if you are not smart enough you may end up losing your winning and even deposits,  because in a situation where you registered under a wrong ip address is a kyc compliance casino and along the line you are asked to verify the account,  you may end up being unable to verify the account since your IP will make you documents useless.

Same apply to other problems as reported and that is why there is need for proper reading and analyzing of the casino operational guideline before your create an account on that casino.

This is going to be hard when you're asked to do KYC and your're wrong about legit casinos not asking for this information upfront. They usually don't ask for KYC right away because they have so many clients that they wouldn't be able to process so many applications in such a short time, so they sift through them by eliminating people who never won anything and did not try to withdraw.
Your data is at risk every time you do KYC, that's the truth, even if the casino is legit and registered. Many of these sites have database leaks and your documents end up being sold on deep web so that someone somewhere can make a fake ID and get a loan.
Hmm that's interesting I never actually quite looked at it from this angle because I could not imagine having  my data being leaked then someone using it for evil activity like collection of loan without my approval. Can this be possibly true? Well I don't know how often casino do get this particular breach you are emphasing on  but I do feel most of the casino that well recognize can actually secure your personal data as they claim they can.

I couldn't understand the sense in anyone's refusal to tender Thier personal informations - as a proper ordeal and proceed by the casino ... Why would they also agree to fill in the informations when they're registered already? Would they not be harmed just the way they were tryna evade from the start if that was the case?.... Lol... What in heaven's name would make you think that a casino that requires your personal information for your own safety (KYC) should be tryna robb you off your cash??... There are things you really need to reverify before passing out informations like this.... ion own any casino though.

Well, I thought I might be up to reading something new, however, I do agree with all the points you've mentioned. A lot of people make the mistake of joining gambling platforms without doing any research about whether they have any reputation or trust within the community or not and later when they get in trouble, they start creating threads and accusations against the platform when they actually should have done that before joining the platform itself.

Casinos usually create promotional events that attract new gamblers to their platforms because they give out high bonuses gamblers start getting greedy when they see those promotions and they don't wait to confirm whether the platforms are trusted or not and they go and make deposits straightaway.

Here I learned that things when it Comes to casinos should have a thread here in the forum, there may be many casinos that are on the internet, but they are not Trustworthy , maybe 20 casinos 3 are trustworthy, but I I don't risk that because it's a risk that later where can I complain? If there are so many casinos that are a scam, it is as if they were a mirage, you enter only to be deceived, they charge a deposit and then never get anything out , it seems to me that that is the hardest and most difficult thing for someone who wants to do something with bitcointalk. org, this being the case, things must go in the known Correct direction, so as not to get Unpleasant surprises.
