I'm leaning on a Lakers tie after the first two games since they didn't make it easy for the Nuggets to claim their first two wins at home.

I might be the only one in this thread that'll go for the under 215.5, and similar to yesterday's game, i'm expecting the trend to continue with both sides slowing down the tempo and would miss more shots than usual.
Until Boston shows me they can stop Jimmy Butler I would have to take Miami and the 10 points tonight. 10 points is a ton of points in the conference finals unless there is a superstar injured and Miami has not played like anyone is missing.

We might some adjustment on Lakers this time. I think they are just experimenting on players that can guard properly Jokic which Lakers is already successful since Jokic score is consistently decreasing despite he still have a lot of reb and ast.

Which takes us to the part where the Lakers might have already figured out a way how to stop the opposing roster because they have improved from their performance from Game 1. If it wasn't because of Murray, we might have had a different outcome where the Lakers have tied the series while going back to their home at Los Angeles. It seems to me that they already found a way for Jokic and now they are prepping to chase down Murray so that he cannot have an easy shot especially beyond the arc.
Missed by .5 point last night. Crazy how close the spread is to the end score. The boston/miami game I have to go with the Celtics and the ML and I'm taking the over 213.5. Wasn't sure about the o/u but I have to think the Celtics aren't going to want to play a half court game with the heat.

Yeah, that might be the case in the next games to come. As Coach Malone said, Game 1 was a shootout but Game 2 will be an adjustment which means a higher level of defense and I don't think Game 3 will go back from being the likes of Game 1. I wish our bookies will go lower at 219 - 215 because both teams are still known for their high offensive ratings so that amount might still go over. Today was a bad start for the Nuggets and yet they still made 108. Their average on the season was 120+ in a W.Later. Still in Boston Game 2.
Butler did great in Game 1 but I doubt the Celtics will give them 2 wins in a row in their home. That will be disrespectful to the Celtics fans if they lose again. I think they will win but in a close game. So I am better off taking the handicap for Miami Heat.

I like this one, risks are somehow minimized by increasing the handicap but I already got Miami Heat +8.5 @ 2.08. May be riskier bet but if the spread will be covered enough, the profit are somehow bigger because personally, I don't usually make bets lower than 1.85 as it's not profitable for me. Hard to see the Lakers having a 3-0 deficit and if that happens, it will literally have a bad effect towards them and will probably destroy their confidence. For now, I can see a 2-1 standing in Game 3, 2-2 is somehow ambitious to ask as of now.
If the Phoenix Suns can even up a 2-0 deficit against Denver Nuggets, I have no absolute reason to believe that the Lakers can't do the same, but the for Denver Nuggets, it's gotta be case of once beaten twice shy, now they need to get one win on the road, then this series would be likely done and over with from there.
Agreed on this. Lakers has a more powerful roster including their bench compared to Suns that only have their first 5 and sacrificed their bench just to acquire KD that is proven ineffective on their matches. There’s no way Nuggets can swift Lakers also they are very strong at home court. Both 2 games are very close and there’s a time that Lakers got the lead and chance to win the game. I think Ham analyze this properly and notice how Jokic is very slow and almost not working properly on last quarter.

When it comes to free throws, the Lakers only had numerous attempts because the Warriors are relatively undersized. This allowed the Lakers to exploit the paint. However, with the Nuggets, it's not as straightforward. The Nuggets have Jokic in the post and their lineup is significantly taller compared to the Warriors.

I got in late but Bet the Heat+8.5 for second half and Heat over 51.5 total for 2nd half. Both looking good currently since Miami came out on fore and scored 46 points in the 3rd quarter. Never would have thought that turnaround was going to happen at all.

And my instincts were right. 11 point lead by Celtics was gone in the third quarter. Every Heat player offers their contribution to the team. Adebayo, Lowry, Struss, Love, and especially Jimmy Buckets Butler. That man is a damn thief. Bad man!

Playoffs Jimmy Butler was at it again, and today it was against the Boston Celtics, the team that eliminated the Heat last, in the finals, so taking game one at the TD Garden is quite very advantageous to the Heat, If the Heat can defend their home court and get the 2 wins they'll play on home court, then that be theirs first step towards the regardless of what happens in the conference final, I definitely they'd stand more than a decent chance against either of them, if they can see off the Boston Celtics, but it's rather just too early to make any form of concrete assertions.

I mean coach put in Tatum way too late on third quarter, for a while Miami were like lowry and butler and so forth, and Celtics still had Brogdon as their best player, and then put in Tatum but not Brown.

Well, there might be a reason why Joe Mazzulla played Jayson Tatum late and if you look at the Boston Celtis Roster they are short of players right now he also plays Payton Pritchard instead of Grant Williams, so it was a tight rotation for them yeah they surely can not get tired that easily because this is the playoffs but the Boston Celtics can not afford an injury, I really think the rotation is needed and when the time comes that there is no more option left I think that Joe Mazzulla will certainly do in his power and likely will be always using the Celtics key players more,
